Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan menguji efektivitas model latihan long pass sepakbola berbasis aplikasi Android dengan teknologi Augmented Reality (AR) untuk atlet usia 14-17 Tahun. Model yang dikembangkan diberi nama Blast (Bagus Longpass Soccer Training), dirancang sebagai inovasi pembelajaran digital untuk meningkatkan keterampilan teknik dasar umpan jauh secara interaktif dan efektif. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan Research and Development (R&D) dengan mengadaptasi model pengembangan Borg and Gall. Berdasarkan studi pendahuluan terhadap 20 atlet, ditemukan bahwa 90% atlet memiliki kemampuan long pass pada kategori rendah hingga cukup, dengan rata-rata skor 140. Sebanyak 40 model latihan awal dikembangkan dan melalui proses validasi oleh tiga ahli, menghasilkan 30 model yang dinyatakan layak dan dapat diterapkan. Uji efektivitas dilakukan dengan desain eksperimen menggunakan kelompok eksperimen (n=25) dan kelompok kontrol (n=25). Hasil uji N-Gain menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata peningkatan keterampilan pada kelompok eksperimen sebesar 62,56%, yang termasuk dalam kategori cukup efektif, sedangkan kelompok kontrol hanya mencapai 22.99 % kategori tidak efektif. Analisis statistik dengan uji Independent Sample t-test menunjukkan perbedaan yang signifikan antara kedua kelompok (p < 0,001), membuktikan efektivitas model. Produk akhir berupa aplikasi Android berbasis AR dan buku panduan. Aplikasi Blast mampu meningkatkan pemahaman teknik long pass melalui visualisasi 3D interaktif dan petunjuk latihan yang sistematis. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam integrasi teknologi digital ke dalam pelatihan olahraga, khususnya untuk pembinaan usia muda di Indonesia. ***** This study aims to develop and examine the effectiveness of a soccer long pass training model based on an Android application with Augmented reality (AR) technology for athletes 14- 17 years of age. The developed model, named Blast (Bagus Longpass Soccer Training), was designed as a digital learning innovation to improve fundamental long pass skills in an interactive and effective manner. The research employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach by adapting the Borg and Gall development model. A preliminary study involving 20 athletes revealed that 90% of them had long pass abilities in the low to moderate category, with an average score of 140. A total of 40 initial training models were developed and, through validation by three experts, 30 models were deemed feasible and applicable. The effectiveness test was conducted using an experimental design with an experimental group (n=25) and a control group (n=25). The N-Gain test results indicated that the average improvement in skills for the experimental group was 62.56 %, categorized as moderately effective, whereas the control group achieved only 22.99 %, categorized as ineffective. Statistical analysis using the Independent Sample t-test showed a significant difference between the two groups (p < 0.001), confirming the effectiveness of the model. The final product consists of an AR-based Android application and a training manual. The Blast application enhances the understanding of long pass techniques through interactive 3D visualization and systematic training guidance. This research provides a significant contribution to the integration of digital technology into sports training, particularly for youth development in Indonesia.
