Abstract
Kasus DBD di Kota Administrasi Jakarta Utara meningkat dari 2.005 (2020) menjadi 5.850 (2024), didorong kondisi iklim tropis yang mendukung perkembangbiakan Aedes aegypti. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui hubungan faktor iklim (curah hujan, suhu, kelembapan) dan kepadatan penduduk terhadap kejadian DBD periode 2020–2024. Menggunakan desain studi ekologi dengan data panel bulanan enam kecamatan (n=360), data dianalisis melalui uji normalitas Kolmogorov-Smirnov, korelasi Spearman's Rho, dan analisis lag effect (0, 1, 2 bulan). Hasil menunjukkan curah hujan dan kelembapan berhubungan signifikan dengan kejadian DBD dan menguat pada lag 2 bulan (rho=0,433 dan rho=0,410; p<0,001), suhu menunjukkan hubungan lemah dan berlawanan arah (rho=-0,167), sedangkan kepadatan penduduk tidak berhubungan signifikan (rho=0,043; p=0,420). Disimpulkan bahwa curah hujan dan kelembapan merupakan prediktor iklim terkuat bagi kejadian DBD dengan jeda dua bulan sebagai titik optimal, mendukung pengembangan sistem peringatan dini DBD berbasis iklim. **** DHF cases in North Jakarta rose from 2,005 (2020) to 5,850 (2024), driven by tropical climate conditions favoring Aedes aegypti breeding. This study aims to determine the relationship between climatic factors (rainfall, temperature, humidity) and population density with DHF incidence during 2020–2024. Using an ecological study design with monthly panel data from six sub-districts (n=360), data were analyzed via the Kolmogorov-Smirnov normality test, Spearman's Rho correlation, and lag effect analysis (0, 1, 2 months). Results show rainfall and humidity were significantly related to DHF cases, strengthening at lag 2 months (rho=0.433 and rho=0.410; p<0.001), temperature showed a weak, inverse relationship (rho=-0.167), while population density showed no significant relationship (rho=0.043; p=0.420). It is concluded that rainfall and humidity are the strongest climatic predictors of DHF, with a two-month lag as the optimal point, supporting the development of a climate-based DHF early warning system.
