Abstract
Pembelajaran abad 21 menuntut murid untuk menguasai kemampuan pemecahan masalah dan kolaborasi. Namun, kemampuan pemecahan masalah dan kolaborasi murid di Indonesia masih rendah. Kedua kemampuan ini dapat didukung oleh aspek sosial seperti interpersonal citizenship behavior (ICB), serta penerapan model pembelajaran yang inovatif seperti model Project-based Learning (PjBL) berbasis STEM. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh model PjBL berbasis STEM dan ICB terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah dan kolaborasi murid SMA pada materi bioteknologi. Penelitian merupakan jenis kuantitatif dengan metode kuasi eksperimen dan desain faktorial 2x2. Sampel sejumlah 112 murid kelas X, dipilih secara multi-stage random sampling, yang dibagi ke dalam kelas eksperimen dan kontrol. Hasil uji hipotesis Two-Way MANOVA menunjukkan bahwa nilai: (1) terdapat pengaruh model PjBL berbasis STEM; (2) terdapat pengaruh ICB terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah dan kolaborasi murid; dan (3) terdapat interaksi model PjBL berbasis STEM dan ICB secara simultan. Temuan ini menunjukkkan bahwa penerapan model PjBL berbasis STEM pada murid dengan ICB tinggi mampu mengoptimalkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah dan kolaborasi murid.*****The 21st century learning learning requires students to master problem-solving and collaboration skills. However, problem-solving and collaboration skill among students in Indonesia remain low. These skills can be supported by social aspects such as interpersonal citizenship behavior (ICB) and the implementation of innovative learning models, such as the STEM-based Project-based Learning (PjBL) model. This study aims to analyze the influence of the STEM-based PjBL model and ICB on the problem-solving and collaboration skills of high school students in the topic of biotechnology. The is a quantitative study with quantitative quasi-experimental method and a 2x2 factorial design. The sample consisted of 112 tenth-grade students, selected via multi-stage random sampling and divided into experimental and control groups. Two-Way MANOVA hypothesis testing revealed: (1) an effect of the STEM-based PjBL model; (2) an effect of ICB on students' problem-solving and collaboration skills; and (3) an interaction between the STEM-based PjBL model and ICB simultaneously. These findings indicate that implementing the STEM-based PjBL model with students exhibiting high ICB can optimize their problem-solving and collaboration skills.
