Abstract
***** This study aims to analyze the effect of leverage, operating cash flow, and capital intensity on financial distress. The results indicate that leverage have a positive effect on financial distress, operating cash flow has a negative effect on financial distress. Meanwhile, capital intensity has no significant effect on financial distress. Companies should maintain an optimal capital structure and improve their ability to generate cash flows from operating activities in order to minimize the risk of financial distress.
