Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh father involvement terhadap psychological well-being pada wanita dewasa awal. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan total 131 responden wanita dewasa awal berusia 18–40 tahun. Pengumpulan data dilakukan secara daring melalui Google Formulir menggunakan dua instrumen, yaitu Father Involvement Scale (FIS) oleh Finley and Schwartz (2004) untuk mengukur father involvement dan Psychological Well-Being Scale (RPWBS) versi 18 item oleh Ryff (1995) untuk mengukur psychological well-being. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa father involvement berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap psychological well-being pada wanita dewasa awal dengan kontribusi sebesar 18,3%. ***** This study aimed to examine the influence of father involvement on psychological well-being in young adult women. This study employed a quantitative approach with a total of 131 young adult women respondents aged 18–40 years. Data were collected online via Google Forms using two instruments, the Father Involvement Scale (FIS) by Finley and Schwartz (2004) to measure father involvement, and the Ryff's Psychological Well-Being Scale 18-item version (RPWBS) by Ryff and Keyes (1995) to measure psychological well-being. The results indicated that father involvement had a positive and significant influence on psychological well-being in young adult women, with a contribution percentages 18,3%.
