Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan membandingkan hasil ujian formatif yang dilaksanakan menggunakan dua media evaluasi yang berbeda, yaitu Smarteschool dan Paper and pencil pada mata pelajaran Instalasi Penerangan Listrik kelas XI di SMKN 26 Jakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif komparatif. Responden penelitian berjumlah 60 siswa kelas XI Teknik Instalasi Tenaga Listrik (TITL). Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan berupa tes pilihan ganda yang telah diuji validitasnya. Teknik analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan pengujian hipotesis dilakukan melalui uji Independent Samples T-test dengan bantuan software SPSS setelah melewati uji prasyarat normalitas dan homogenitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata (mean) nilai pada kelas smarteschool sebesar 89,20. Sementara itu, pada kelas Paper and Pencil memperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 86. Hasil uji Independent Samples T-test menunjukkan nilai t_hitung sebesar 2,088 yang lebih besar dari t_tabel sebesar 2,000 (t_hitung>t_tabel), serta nilai signifikansi Sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0,041 (p<0,05). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan rata-rata hasil ujian mata pelajaran Instalasi Penerangan Listrik yang signifikan secara statistik antara siswa yang diuji menggunakan Smarteschool dan siswa yang menggunakan Paper and Pencil. Transformasi ke media digital Smarteschool terbukti memberikan capaian nilai rata-rata yang lebih tinggi serta meningkatkan efisiensi proses penilaian dan manajemen ujian bagi pendidik. Kata Kunci: Smarteschool, Paper and Pencil, Hasil Ujian, Instalasi Penerangan Listrik. ***** This study aims to analyze and compare the results of formative exams carried out using two different evaluation media, namely Smarteschool and Paper and pencil in the subject of Electrical Lighting Installation class XI at SMKN 26 Jakarta. The research method used is a comparative quantitative method. The research respondents were 60 students in grade XI of Electrical Power Installation Engineering (TITL). The research instrument used was in the form of a multiple-choice test that had been tested for validity. The data analysis technique using descriptive statistics and hypothesis testing was carried out through the Independent Samples T-test with the help of SPSS software after passing the normality and homogeneity prerequisite test. The results of the study showed that the average score in the smarteschool class was 89.20. Meanwhile, in the Paper and Pencil class, an average score of 86 was obtained. The results of the Independent Samples T-test showed a value of 2.088 which was greater than (2,000), and a significance value of Sig. (2-tailed) of (0.041). This shows that there is a statistically significant difference in the average exam results of the Electric Lighting Installation subject between students who are tested using t_hitung>t_tabel (p<0,05 Smarteschool and students who use Paper and Pencil. The transformation to Smarteschool digital media has been proven to provide higher average scores and improve the efficiency of the assessment and exam management process for educators.
