Abstract
Perkembangan teknologi informasi mendorong pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) untuk memanfaatkan sistem informasi berbasis web dalam mendukung kegiatan bisnis. UMKM Kadai 89 masih menghadapi kendala dalam proses penjualan karena pemasaran dilakukan melalui media sosial dan aplikasi pesan instan, pencatatan transaksi masih bersifat manual, serta proses pem-bayaran memerlukan konfirmasi secara manual sehingga kurang efisien dan ber-potensi menimbulkan kesalahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun website penjualan produk UMKM Kadai 89 berbasis web dengan integrasi payment gateway menggunakan metode Waterfall serta mengetahui hasil implementasi dan pengujian sistem yang dikembangkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan Waterfall yang meliputi tahap analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi, dan pengujian. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan me-lalui observasi, dan wawancara dengan pemilik UMKM Kadai 89 untuk mem-peroleh kebutuhan sistem. Website dikembangkan menggunakan framework Laravel, bahasa pemrograman PHP, basis data MySQL, serta diintegrasikan dengan payment gateway Midtrans untuk mendukung transaksi pembayaran secara daring. Pengujian sistem dilakukan menggunakan metode Black Box Test-ing untuk memverifikasi fungsionalitas setiap fitur. Hasil penelitian menunjuk-kan bahwa website yang dikembangkan mampu mengelola data produk, pelang-gan, transaksi, dan laporan penjualan secara terintegrasi serta menyediakan pros-es pembayaran digital melalui berbagai metode pembayaran yang didukung oleh Midtrans. Hasil pengujian Black Box Testing menunjukkan bahwa seluruh fitur utama sistem berfungsi sesuai dengan kebutuhan fungsional yang telah ditetap-kan sehingga sistem dinyatakan layak digunakan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam mendukung digitalisasi proses bisnis UMKM melalui pengem-bangan sistem penjualan berbasis web yang terintegrasi dengan payment gateway sehingga dapat meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, mempercepat proses transaksi, dan memperluas jangkauan pemasaran. Penelitian selanjutnya diharap-kan dapat mengembangkan sistem dengan menambahkan fitur analitik penjualan, integrasi layanan ekspedisi, serta aplikasi berbasis perangkat bergerak untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan dan pengalaman pengguna. ***** The advancement of information technology has encouraged Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to adopt web-based information systems to support their business activities. Kadai 89 MSME still faces several challenges in its sales process, as product marketing is primarily conducted through social media and instant messaging applications, transaction records are managed manually, and payment verification requires manual confirmation. These conditions reduce operational efficiency and increase the risk of recording errors. This study aims to design and develop a web-based sales website for Kadai 89 MSME integrated with a payment gateway using the Waterfall development method and to evaluate the implementation and functionality of the developed system. This research em-ployed the Research and Development (R&D) method with the Waterfall model, which consists of the requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and testing stages. Data were collected through a literature review, direct observa-tion, and interviews with the owner of Kadai 89 MSME to identify the system re-quirements. The website was developed using the Laravel framework, PHP pro-gramming language, MySQL database, and integrated with the Midtrans payment gateway to facilitate online payment transactions. System testing was conducted using the Black Box Testing method to verify the functionality of each feature. The results indicate that the developed website is capable of managing product data, customer data, transactions, and sales reports in an integrated manner while providing digital payment services through various payment methods sup-ported by Midtrans. The Black Box Testing results demonstrate that all major sys-tem features functioned according to the specified functional requirements, indi-cating that the system is suitable for implementation. This study contributes to the digital transformation of MSMEs by providing a web-based sales system integrat-ed with a payment gateway, thereby improving operational efficiency, accelerat-ing transaction processes, and expanding market reach. Future research is rec-ommended to enhance the system by incorporating sales analytics, logistics ser-vice integration, and mobile-based applications to improve service quality and user experience.
