Abstract

Perubahan penggunaan lahan merupakan salah satu fenomena yang dipengaruhi oleh meningkatnya kebutuhan ruang sebagai akibat dari pertumbuhan penduduk, perkembangan wilayah, dan pembangunan infrastruktur. Kabupaten Bogor sebagai wilayah penyangga kawasan metropolitan Jabodetabek mengalami perkembangan yang cukup pesat sehingga berpotensi mendorong terjadinya perubahan penggunaan lahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perubahan penggunaan lahan di Kabupaten Bogor selama periode 2015–2025. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan spasial berbasis Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) dan penginderaan jauh. Data utama berupa citra Landsat tahun 2015, 2020, dan 2025 dianalisis menggunakan metode klasifikasi terbimbing (supervised classification), kemudian dilakukan analisis overlay untuk mengetahui bentuk, arah, dan luas perubahan penggunaan lahan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perubahan penggunaan lahan didominasi oleh peningkatan luas kawasan permukiman yang berasal dari konversi lahan pertanian, perkebunan, lahan terbuka, dan sebagian kawasan hutan. Luas permukiman meningkat dari 52.361,37 hektar pada tahun 2015 menjadi 82.535,15 hektar pada tahun 2025. Sebaliknya, beberapa kelas penggunaan lahan, terutama lahan pertanian dan kawasan berhutan, mengalami penurunan luas akibat alih fungsi lahan. Secara spasial, pertumbuhan kawasan permukiman lebih banyak terkonsentrasi pada bagian utara Kabupaten Bogor yang memiliki kondisi topografi relatif datar, aksesibilitas yang lebih baik, serta jumlah penduduk yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan wilayah lainnya. ***** Land use change is one of the spatial phenomena influenced by increasing land demand resulting from population growth, regional development, and infrastructure expansion. As a buffer area of the Greater Jakarta (Jabodetabek) metropolitan region, Bogor Regency has experienced rapid development, leading to significant changes in land use patterns. This study aims to analyze land use changes in Bogor Regency during the period of 2015–2025. The research employed a descriptive method with a spatial approach using Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and remote sensing techniques. The primary data consisted of Landsat satellite imagery acquired in 2015, 2020, and 2025. The images were processed using the supervised classification method, followed by overlay analysis to identify the pattern, direction, and extent of land use changes. The results indicate that land use change was predominantly characterized by the expansion of settlement areas through the conversion of agricultural land, plantations, open land, and portions of forest areas. The settlement area increased from 52,361.37 hectares in 2015 to 82,535.15 hectares in 2025. In contrast, agricultural land and forested areas experienced a decline due to land conversion. Spatially, settlement expansion was concentrated in the northern part of Bogor Regency, where relatively flat topography, better accessibility, and higher population concentrations provide more favorable conditions for urban development.
