Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan menguji kelayakan Virtual Hands-on Lab praktikum keamanan aplikasi web berbasis teknologi virtualisasi sebagai media pendukung pembelajaran pada mata kuliah Keamanan Sistem Komputer di Program Studi PTIK UNJ. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasarkan pada keterbatasan infrastruktur laboratorium dan dominasi materi teoritis yang menyebabkan mahasiswa kurang mendapatkan pengalaman praktik simulasi serangan dan pertahanan siber secara terkontrol dan aman. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE yang dibatasi hingga tiga tahapan utama, yaitu Analysis, Design, dan Development. Produk yang dihasilkan diimplementasikan pada infrastruktur Proxmox VE sebagai hypervisor yang mengintegrasikan aplikasi web rentan OWASP Juice Shop sebagai target latihan (peran Red Team) dan platform Wazuh berbasis Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) sebagai sistem pemantauan dan analisis log keamanan secara real-time (peran Blue Team). Praktikum didukung dengan modul panduan (walkthrough) terstruktur yang mencakup skenario celah keamanan SQL Injection, Broken Access Control, dan Authentication Failures. Hasil validasi ahli materi menunjukkan persentase kelayakan sebesar 100% dengan kategori "Sangat Layak". Sementara itu, hasil pengujian usability menghasilkan rata-rata skor System Usability Scale (SUS) sebesar 72,0, yang menepatkan Virtual Hands-on Lab berada dalam rentang kategori Acceptable atau dapat diterima dengan Grade C. Dengan demikian, Virtual Hands-on Lab yang dikembangkan dinyatakan layak digunakan dalam mendukung pembelajaran pada mata kuliah Keamanan Sistem Komputer. ***** This research aims to develop and test the feasibility of a virtualization-based virtual hands-on lab for web application security as a learning support tool for the Computer System Security course within the PTIK UNJ study program. The research is motivated by limited laboratory infrastructure and a curriculum dominated by theory, which results in students lacking practical experience in simulated cyber-attacks and defenses within a controlled, safe environment. The study employs the Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE development model, limited to three primary stages: Analysis, Design, and Development. The resulting product is implemented on a Proxmox VE hypervisor infrastructure, integrating the OWASP Juice Shop—a vulnerable web application serving as the training target (Red Team role)—with the Wazuh platform—a Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) system—for real-time security monitoring and log analysis (Blue Team role). The practical exercises are supported by a structured walkthrough module covering scenarios involving SQL Injection, Broken Access Control, and Authentication Failures. Subject matter expert validation yielded a feasibility score of 100%, categorized as "Highly Feasible." Meanwhile, usability testing resulted in an average System Usability Scale (SUS) score of 72.0, placing the virtual hands-on lab in the "Acceptable" category with a Grade C. Consequently, the developed virtual hands-on lab is deemed suitable for supporting instruction in the Computer System Security course.
