Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan modul pembelajaran pengelasan SMAW fillet dengan integrasi Augmented Reality dan video untuk peserta disabilitas sensorik di Sentra Terpadu Inten Soewono serta mengetahui tingkat kelayakan produk yang dikembangkan. Penelitian menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan 4D yang terdiri atas Define, Design, Development, dan Disseminate. Produk yang dikembangkan berupa modul pembelajaran pengelasan SMAW fillet posisi 1F, 2F, 3F, dan 4F yang dilengkapi materi keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja, persiapan pengelasan, gambar kerja, jobsheet, video referensi, serta fitur Augmented Reality pada materi posisi 1F. Penilaian kelayakan dilakukan melalui validasi ahli materi, validasi ahli media, dan uji pengguna kepada peserta pelatihan. Hasil validasi ahli materi memperoleh persentase sebesar 93% dengan kategori sangat layak, sedangkan validasi ahli media memperoleh 75% dengan kategori layak. Hasil uji pengguna memperoleh persentase sebesar 98,88% dengan kategori sangat layak. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, modul pembelajaran yang dikembangkan dinyatakan layak digunakan sebagai media pendukung pembelajaran pengelasan SMAW fillet bagi peserta disabilitas sensorik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan tingkat kelayakan dan respons pengguna, bukan efektivitas modul terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar atau keterampilan pengelasan. ***** This study aimed to develop a SMAW fillet welding learning module integrated with Augmented Reality and video for participants with sensory disabilities at Inten Soewono Integrated Center and to determine the feasibility of the developed product. The study employed a Research and Development (R&D) method using the 4D development model, consisting of Define, Design, Development, and Disseminate. The developed product was a learning module covering 1F, 2F, 3F, and 4F SMAW fillet welding positions. The module included occupational safety and health, welding preparation, working drawings, jobsheets, reference videos, and an Augmented Reality feature for the 1F welding position. Product feasibility was assessed through material expert validation, media expert validation, and user testing involving welding training participants. The material expert validation resulted in a score of 93%, categorized as very feasible, while the media expert validation obtained 75%, categorized as feasible. User testing resulted in a score of 98.88%, categorized as very feasible. These results indicate that the developed module is feasible to be used as a supporting learning medium for SMAW fillet welding training for participants with sensory disabilities. The findings represent product feasibility and user responses and do not indicate the effectiveness of the module in improving learning outcomes or welding skills.
