Abstract

Andhika Satya Aryaguna. Perancangan UI/UX Layanan Servis Kendaraan On-Demand Berbasis Human-Centered Design. Skripsi, Jakarta: Program Studi S1 Bisnis Digital, Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis, Universitas Negeri Jakarta, 2026. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh tingginya asimetri informasi finansial (praktik manipulasi harga) dan kepanikan spasial yang dialami pengguna saat menghadapi situasi kedaruratan otomotif di jalan raya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah merancang purwarupa (prototype) antarmuka aplikasi layanan servis kendaraan on-demand yang mampu memberikan transparansi harga secara mutlak dan mempercepat akses bantuan mekanik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Human-Centered Design (HCD) melalui metodologi Design Thinking yang terdiri dari tahapan empathize, define, ideate, prototype, dan test. Solusi yang dirancang berfokus pada fitur Fixed-Price Checkout untuk mengunci rincian biaya, serta integrasi One-Tap SOS dan Live Tracking satelit guna memitigasi disorientasi geografis. Pengujian fungsionalitas dilakukan melalui Blackbox Testing, sementara tingkat ketergunaan dievaluasi menggunakan instrumen System Usability Scale (SUS) kepada 30 responden. Hasil pengujian Blackbox menunjukkan tingkat presisi fungsional 100%. Hasil evaluasi SUS memperoleh skor rata-rata sebesar 83,67, yang masuk dalam kategori Excellent dengan Grade B+ (Acceptable). Selain itu, analisis data kualitatif dan komparasi pre-test serta post-test membuktikan adanya penurunan tingkat kecemasan yang signifikan dan peningkatan rasa percaya pengguna. Kesimpulannya, perancangan antarmuka layanan servis kendaraan on-demand berbasis Human-Centered Design ini terbukti efektif, solutif, dan mudah digunakan dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan asimetri informasi di sektor purnajual otomotif. **** This research is motivated by the high financial information asymmetry (pricemanipulation practices) and spatial panic experienced by users when facingautomotive emergencies on the road. The objective of this study is to designauser interface prototype for an on-demand vehicle service applicationthat provides absolute price transparency and accelerates access to mechanical assistance. This study employs a Human-Centered Design (HCD) approachthrough the Design Thinking methodology, consisting of empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test stages. The designed solution focuses on the Fixed-PriceCheckout feature to lock in cost details, as well as the integration of One-TapSOSand satellite Live Tracking to mitigate geographic disorientation. Functionalitytesting was conducted through Blackbox Testing, while the usability level wasevaluated using the System Usability Scale (SUS) instrument involving30respondents. The Blackbox testing results showed a 100%functional precisionrate. The SUS evaluation resulted in an average score of 83.67, which falls intothe Excellent category with a B+ Grade (Acceptable). Furthermore, qualitativedata analysis and pre-test and post-test comparisons demonstrated a significant decrease in anxiety levels and an increase in user trust. In conclusion, the Human- Centered Design-based on-demand vehicle service interface design has proventobe effective, solution-oriented, and user-friendly in resolving informationasymmetry issues in the automotive aftersales sector.
