Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan dan mengetahui kelayakan media video microlearning pada mesin CNC PU 5A (VMC-500) sebagai media pendukung pembelajaran mata kuliah Pemesinan NC di Program Studi Pendidikan Teknik Mesin Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Pengembangan dilakukan untuk menyediakan media pembelajaran praktik yang singkat, terstruktur, dapat diakses secara fleksibel, dan dapat dipelajari secara berulang oleh mahasiswa. Metode yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model ADDIE yang terdiri atas tahap Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation. Produk yang dihasilkan berupa lima video microlearning yang membahas pembuatan program CAM menjadi G-Code, persiapan mesin dan fungsi panel kontrol, pemasangan serta setting tool, pemasangan serta setting benda kerja, dan penginputan program serta simulasi proses pemesinan. Data kelayakan diperoleh melalui angket validasi ahli materi, validasi ahli media, dan uji coba kelompok besar kepada 31 mahasiswa yang telah atau sedang mengikuti mata kuliah Pemesinan NC. Data dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif dalam bentuk persentase kelayakan. Hasil validasi ahli materi memperoleh persentase 92,30%, validasi ahli media memperoleh 81,66%, dan uji coba mahasiswa memperoleh 87,72%. Ketiga hasil tersebut berada dalam kategori sangat layak. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, media video microlearning pada mesin CNC PU 5A (VMC-500) dinyatakan sangat layak digunakan sebagai media pendukung pembelajaran Pemesinan NC untuk membantu mahasiswa mempelajari prosedur pengoperasian mesin secara mandiri, sistematis, dan berulang. Kata kunci: ADDIE, CNC PU 5A (VMC-500), media pembelajaran, Pemesinan NC, video microlearning ****** This study aims to develop and determine the feasibility of microlearning video media for the CNC PU 5A (VMC-500) machine as a supporting learning medium for the NC Machining course in the Mechanical Engineering Education Study Program, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. The development was conducted to provide practical learning media that are concise, structured, flexibly accessible, and repeatedly reviewable by students. The Research and Development (R&D) method was employed using the ADDIE model, which consists of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation stages. The resulting product comprises five microlearning videos covering CAM program development into G-Code, machine preparation and control panel functions, tool installation and tool setting, workpiece installation and workpiece setting, and program input and machining process simulation. Feasibility data were collected through material expert validation, media expert validation, and a large-group trial involving 31 students who had completed or were taking the NC Machining course. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics in the form of feasibility percentages. The material expert validation obtained a score of 92.30%, the media expert validation obtained 81.66%, and the student trial obtained 87.72%. All three results were classified as highly feasible. Therefore, the microlearning video media for the CNC PU 5A (VMC-500) machine were declared highly feasible for use as supporting media in NC Machining learning, enabling students to study machine operation procedures independently, systematically, and repeatedly.
