Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui derajat keeratan Hubungan Antara Kompetensi Mengajar Guru Dengan Hasil Belajar Ekonomi di SMA Negeri 100 Jakarta Timur. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama tiga bulan terhitung sejak bulan Oktober 2009 sampai dengan bulan Desember 2009. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei dengan pendekatan korelasional. Populasi dari penelitian adalah siswa SMA Negeri 100 Jakarta Timur. Populasi terjangkaunya adalah siswa kelas X yang berjumlah 217 siswa. Dari jumlah populasi terjangkau tersebut dijadikan sampel sebanyak 44 orang siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik acak proporsional (Proporsional Random Sampling). Hasil perhitungan diperoleh persamaan regresi linier sederhana Y= 25,22 + 0,22X. Uji persyaratan analisis untuk menguji normalitas galat taksiran regresi Y atas X menunjukan bahwa galat taksiran regresi Y atas X berdistribusi normal. Hal ini dibuktikan oleh perhitungan yang menunjukan bahwa L hitung (0,0896) < L tabel (0,1336) dengan menggunakan uji Liliefors pada taraf signifikan (a) = 0,05 Dalam uji hipotesis, uji keberartian dan kelinieran regresi menggunakan tabel Analisis Varians (ANAVA). Dari hasil uji keberartian koefisien regresi diperoleh F hitung (29,59) > F Label (4,07) yang menyatakan regresi berarti. Dari hasil uji linearitas regresi F hitung (0,98) > F tabel (2,31) menunjukkan bahwa model regresi yang digunakan adalah linier. Koefisien korelasi yang dihitung dengan menggunakan rumus Product Moment menghasilkan ray sebesar 0,643 sedangkan hasil dari uji signifikansi diperoleh t hitung sebesar 5,44 dan t tabel sebesar 1,68. Dikarenakan thitung > t tabel, maka disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kompetensi mengajar guru dengan hasil belajar ekonomi pada siswa kelas X di SMA Negeri 100 Jakarta Timur. Perhitungan koefisien determinasi menunjukan 0,4133 hal ini berarti 41,33% variasi variabel Y ditentukan oleh variabel X. Kesimpulan penelitian adalah terdapat hubungan positif yang kuat antara Kompetensi Mengajar Guru Dengan Hasil Belajar Ekonomi di SMA Negeri 100 Jakarta Timur. Hal tersebut berarti semakin tinggi Kompetensi Mengajar Guru maka semakin tinggi pula Hasil Belajar Ekonomi di SMA Negeri 100 Jakarta Timur. ***** The aim of this research is to know the degree of equivalent between Teacher Competences and results of Study Economy the Students of SMA Negeri 100 East Jakarta. The period of the research was three months, since October 2009 until December 2009. This research used survey methods by correlation approach. The populations of this research were the Student of SMA Negeri 100 East Jakarta. The reached population were 44 students. The sampling technique was the proportional random sampling. Equation of the simple linear regression give the formula of regression 25,22 0,22X. The analysis conditional test proved the validation on variable Y to variable X is normal distributed. It is proved by the calculation that used Liliefors test at significant level (a) 0,05 that indicates L counted (0,0896) <L table (0,1336). At the hypothesis test the significant and linear regression test are using variance analysis table (ANAVA). The result of the significant koefisien regression test indicates F counted (29,59) > F table (4,07). It states the formula of regression is significant. The result of the linear regression test indicates F counted (0,98) < F table (2,31). It state the regression model is linear. The coefficient of correlation counted by product moment formula by Pearson indicates ry 0,643. While the result of correlation coefficient significant test indicates t counted 5,44 and t table 1,68. Because the result shows t counted > t table, the research indicates there is a significant correlation between Teacher Competences and results of Study Economy. The counted of determination coefficient test indicates 0,4133, it means that 41.33% the variance of variable Y is determined by variable X. The conclusion of research shown that a positive correlation which is strong enough between Teacher Competences and results of Study Economy the Students of SMA Negeri 100 East Jakarta. It means if Teacher Competences, results of Study Economy the Students SMA Negeri 100 East Jakarta will increase
