Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat Hubungan antara Semangat Kerja dengan produktivitas kerja karyawan divis SDM Perum Pegadaian yang beralamat di Jl. Kramat Raya No. 21, Jakarta Pusat. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Mei sampai Juni 2008. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey dengan pendekatan korelasional. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu acak sederhana (simple random sampling) dengan populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan Perum Pegadaian, dengan jumlah populasi terjangkau karyawan Divisiu SDM , sedangkan sampel diambil sebanyak 40 karyawan dengan taraf kesalahan 5 %. Teknik analisis yang dipakai adalah teknik koefisien korelasi Product Moment dari Pearson, setelah terlebih dahulu dilakukan uji persyaratan analisis. Dari hasil perhitungan persamaan regresi Ŷ= 34,53 + 0,513X, dapat dikatakan bahwa setiap kenaikan satu skor X akan meningkatkan Y sebesar 0,513 pada konstanta 34,53. Dari persamaan regresi yang telah terbentuk, kemudian dilakukan uji persyaratan analisis, yaitu uji normalitas galat taksiran regresi Y atas X dengan uji liliefors menghasilkan (Lhitung < Ltabel), (0,119 < 0,140) sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa sampel berdistribusi normal. Setelah itu dilakukan perhitungan uji keberatian dan kelinieran regresi diperoleh hasil (Fhitung >Ftabel ) , (13,69 > 4,10), Fhitung < Ftabel), (1,61 < 2,15). Dari hasil uji hipotesis dengan rumus korelasi Product Moment dari Perason diketahui rxy = 0,515, dengan demikian diketahui terdapat hubungan antara Semangat kerja dengan Produktivitas kerja divisi PSDM. Dan dari perhitungan uji- t diperoleh thitung = 3, 70 > ttabel = 1,68. Ini menunjukkan koefisien korelasi signifikan, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif antara Semangat kerja dengan Produktivitas kerja karyawan Divisi SDM Perum Pegadaian Jakarta. Dari perhitungan koefisien korelasi determinasi diketahui sebesar 26,52 % . ***** The purpose of this research is to find out the existence of correlation between Work Morale With Work Produktivity Division of PSDM at Perum Pegadaian Jakarta. Jl. Kramat Raya No. 21 Jakarta Pusat and it was done on May until July 2008. The method that used is survey by currelation. The sampling technique conducted by simple random sampling wit the achievable population are….. division of PSDM so the sample that taken for this research are 40 division of PSDM with error standard 5 %. The correlation coefficient technique (product moment ) from PeRSON Was used to analysis, before the analysis had been tested byb requirement test. The correlation by equivalence test is Y = 34,53 + 0,513X (using liliefors method). So every one point X will increase the point Y as much 0,513 on constant number 34,53. From simple linier regressions that we got, then analysis requirement test is taken by normality galat estimation regression Y on X with liliefors test. It showed that the data was distributed normal because Lhitung < Ltabel), (0,119 < 0,140). From the regression significance and liniearity regression calculation, it known that the regression model was significance where (Fcount >Ftabel ) , (13,69 > 4,10), and also linier based on (Fcount < Ftabel), (1,61 < 2,15). Moreover, the result of product moment correlation was correlation coefficient rxy = 0,515. The result of t- test is tcount = 3, 70 > ttabel = 1,68. The result show that the correlation between Work Morale with Work Productivity division of PSDM are significant. While from the calculation of the coefficient of determination tells the contribution of the Work Morale is 26,52 % Concerning Work Productivity.
