Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan pengetahuan berdasarkan data dan fakta yang sahih, benar dan dapat dipercaya apakah terdapat hubungan antara disiplin mengajar guru dengan motivasi belajar siswa pada SMK Negeri 13 Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama enam bulan terhitung sejak Desember 2009 sampai dengan bulan Mei 2010. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei dengan pendekatan korelasional. Populasi terjangkaunya adalah siswa kelas XI pemasaran yang berjumlah 66 orang. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 56 orang dengan taraf kesalahan 5%. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu teknik acak sederhana. Dari hasil perhitungan diperoleh persamaan regresi linier sederhana Ŷ= 70,12 + 0,38 X. Uji persyaratan analisis untuk menguji normalitas galat taksiran regresi Y atas X menunjukan bahwa galat taksiran regresi Y atas X berdistribusi normal. Hal ini dibuktikan oleh perhitungan yang menunjukkan bahwa n = 56, Lhitung (0,0757) < Ltabel (0,1184) dengan menggunakan uji Liliefors pada taraf signifikan (α) = 0,05. Dalam uji hipotesis, uji keberartian dan kelinieran regresi menggunakan tabel Analisis Varians (ANAVA). Dari hasil uji keberartian regresi diperoleh Fhitung (18,95) > Ftabel (4,02) yang menyatakan regresi berarti. Dari hasil uji linearitas regresi diperoleh Fhitung (1,81) < Ftabel (1,94) yang menunjukan bahwa model regresi yang digunakan adalah linier. Koefisien korelasi yang dihitung dengan menggunakan rumus Product Moment dari Pearson menghasilkan rxy sebesar 0,510 sedangkan hasil dari uji signifikansi diperoleh thitung sebesar 4,36 dan ttabel sebesar 1,67 Dikarenakan thitung > ttabel, maka disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara disiplin mengajar guru dengan motivasi belajar siswa pada SMK Negeri 13 Jakarta. Perhitungan koefisien determinasi menunjukkan 25,98% variasi variabel Y ditentukan oleh variabel X. Kesimpulan penelitian adalah terdapat hubungan yang positif antara disiplin mengajar guru dengan motivasi belajar siswa pada SMK Negeri 13 Jakarta. Hal tersebut berarti semakin tinggi disiplin mengajar guru maka semakin tinggi pula motivasi belajar siswa di sekolah. ***** This study aimed to gain knowledge based on valid data and facts, true and trustworthy if there is a relationship between the discipline of teachers teaching with students' motivation at SMK Negeri 13 Jakarta. This research was conducted for six months starting from December 2010 until May 2010. The research method used is survey method with the correlational approach. The population of inaccessibility is the pemasaran of XI class students numbering 66 people. Samples used as many as 56 people with the standard error to 5%. The sampling technique in this research is simple random sampling From the calculations, a simple linear regression equation Y = 70.12 + .38 X. Test requirements analysis to test the estimated regression error normality of Y over X shows that the estimated error of regression of Y on X have normal distribution. This is evidenced by calculations that show that n = 56, Lhitung (0.0757) <Ltabel (0.1184) using Liliefors test at significant level (α) = 0.05. In hypothesis testing, regression test of significance and linearity using table Analysis of Variance (ANOVA). From the regression significance test results obtained Fvalue (18.95)> Ftable (4.02) which states that the regression mean. From regression linearity test results obtained Fvalue (1.81) <Ftable (1.94) which indicates that the model used is linear regression. The correlation coefficient is calculated using the formula of Pearson Product Moment produce rxy of 0.510 while the results obtained from the t test of significance of 4.36 and 1.67 for the table Due to tcalculated> ttable, it concluded that there was a significant relationship between discipline and motivation to teach teachers students studying at SMK Negeri 13 Jakarta. The calculation of the coefficient of determination showed 25.98% variation of variable Y is determined by the variable X. The conclusion is that there is a positive the correlation between the discipline of teachers teaching with students' motivation at SMK Negeri 13 Jakarta. That means the higher discipline of teachers teaching the higher the students' motivation in school
