Abstract
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi Program Pekan Olahraga Pesantren Daerah (Pospeda) Tahun 2018 Tim Kontingen Kota Sukabumi. Metode dan desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Desain Penelitian ini menggunakan model penelitian CIPP. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Dinas Pemuda Olahraga Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif Kota Sukabumi (DISPORAPAREKRAF). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Pebruari 2019 sebanyak 60 orang sebagai sampel. Temuan dari penelitian ini keberhasilan evaluasi product pada sub indikator prestasi atlet adanya perolehan medali pada khususnya pada cabang olahraga basket putra dan putri yang berhasil menduduki posisi pertama. Sedangkan pada cabang silat gagal bertanding karena faktor non-teknis (gugur ditahap pendaftaran ulang terkait berat badan) sehingga gagal mendulang medali. Dan cabang olahraga bola voli yang tahun sebelumnya mendapatkan medali dan menjadi cabor unggulan justru harus pulang tanpa membawa hasil yang maksimal. Dengan demikian dalam POSPEDA JABAR 2018 kontingen Kota Sukabumi termasuk kategori baik dan terdapat kesesuaian pelaksanaan program pada dengan visi dan misi yang hendak dicapai, dukungan pembiayaan kontingen Kota Sukabumi pada POSPEDA JABAR 2018, dikategorikan cukup baik, monitoring dan evaluasi program kontingen Kota Sukabumi POSPEDA JABAR 2018 dikategorikan kurang baik serta, dan cabang olahraga bola voli yang tahun sebelumnya mendapatkan medali dan menjadi cabor unggulan justru harus pulang tanpa membawa hasil yang maksimal. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the Regional Boarding School Sports Week Program (Pospeda) in 2018 Sukabumi City Contingent Team. The method and design of theresearch used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method. The design of this study used the CIPP research model. This research was conducted at the Department of Youth Sports Tourism and Creative Economy of Sukabumi City (DISPORAPAREKRAF). This research was conducted in February 2019 as many as 60 people as samples. The findings of this study are the success of product evaluations in athletes' sub-indicators of achievement of medals, especially in men's and women's basketball sports which succeeded in occupying the first position. Whereas in the martial arts branch failed to compete due to non-technical factors (died in the re-registration stage related to weight) so it failed to gain medals. And the volleyball sport that won the medal the year before and became the flagship sport had to go home without bringing maximum results. Thus in POSPEDA JABAR 2018 the contingent of Sukabumi City is in a good category and there is suitability of program implementation with the vision and mission to be achieved,financing support for the contingent of Sukabumi City on POSPEDA JABAR 2018, categorized quite well, monitoring and evaluation of the Sukabumi City contingent POSPEDA JABAR 2018 categorized as not good as well, and volleyball sports which won the medal the year before and became the flagship sports had to go home without bringing maximum results.
