Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: 1) Untuk mengetahui gambaran dari sikap, norma subyektif, efikasi diri, dan kepribadian terhadap intensi berwirausaha pada mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Tata Boga. 2) Untuk menguji secara empiris pengaruh sikap terhadap intensi berwirausaha. 3) Untuk menguji secara empiris pengaruh norma subyektif terhadap intensi berwirausaha. 4) Untuk menguji secara empiris pengaruh efikasi diri terhadap intensi berwirausaha. 5) Untuk menguji secara empiris pengaruh kepribadian terhadap intensi berwirausaha. 6) Untuk menguji secara empiris pengaruh sikap, norma subyektif, efikasi diri, dan kepribadian secara bersama-sama terhadap intensi berwirausaha. Analisis yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dan kausalitas korelasional. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap 81 mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Tata Boga UNJ dengan menggunakan metode probability sampling. Sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuisioner, yang kemudian diolah menggunakan SPSS 21.0. Hasil dari regresi menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh sikap terhadap intensi berwirausaha, terdapat pengaruh norma subyektif terhadap intensi berwirausaha, terdapat pengaruh efikasi diri terhadap intensi berwirausaha, dan terdapat pengaruh kepribadian terhadap intensi berwirausaha. Sikap, norma subyektif, efikasi diri, dan kepribadian secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap intensi berwirausaha. Nilai adjusted R2 sebesar 0,654 atau (65,4%). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa 65,4% intensi berwirausaha dijelaskan oleh faktor sikap, norma subyektif, efikasi diri, dan kepribadian sedangkan sisanya sebesar 34,6% dipengaruhi atau dijelaskan oleh variabel lain. ************************** The purpose of this study were: 1) To know the overview of attitude, subjective norm, self efficacy, personality and entrepreneurial intention of students of Culinary Education Study Program of State University Of Jakarta. 2) To know the influence of attitude on entrepreneurial intentions. 3) To know the influence of subjective norm on entrepreneurial intentions. 4) To know the influence of self efficacy on entrepreneurial intention. 5) To know the influence of personality on entrepreneurial intention 6) To know the influence of attitude, subjective norm, self efficacy, and personality simultaneously on entrepreneurial intention. Research carried out by the simple random sampling method on 81 students of Culinary Education Study Program of State University Of Jakarta as respondents, while the technique of data collection is done by distributing questionnaires, which is processed using SPSS 21.0. The results of the regression indicates that there is an influence of attitude on entrepreneurial intention, there is an influence of subjective norm on entrepreneurial intention, there is an influence of self efficacy on entrepreneurial intention, there is influence of personality on entrepreneurial intention. Attitude, subjective norm, self efficacy, and personality simultaneously influence the entrepreneurial intention. This research has figured out the score of attitude, subjective norm, self efficacy and personality on entrepreneurial intentions is 0,654 or 65,4% through the result of adjusted R2 value while the rest is 34,6% is influenced by the other factors.
