Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi masyarakat sekitar Masjid Jami’Roudhotul Jannah terhadap radikalisme, serta upaya yang dilakukan oleh pihak Masjid Jami’Roudhotul Jannah dalam mencegah masuknya paham radikalisme di lingkungan sekitar Masjid Jami’Roudhotul Jannah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif eksploratif. Prosedur pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi yang dilakukan kepada Informan yaitu masyarakat sekitar Masjid Jami’Roudhotul Jannah, Key Informan yaitu tokoh agama di lingkungan setempat dan tokoh masyarakat Islam serta akademisi sebagai Expert opinion. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat perbedaan persepsi masyarakat sekitar Masjid Jami’Roudhotul Jannah terhadap radikalisme, tetapi pada intinya masyarakat sekitar Masjid Jami’Roudhotul Jannah tidak satupun yang membenarkan paham radikalisme yang tertuju pada kekerasan. Masjid Jami’Roudhotul Jannah terdapat beberapa program kegiatan dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai ketuhanan seperti, pengajian anak-anak sampai remaja, yasinan, istighotsah, dan Fortazi. Masyarakat sekitar Masjid Jami’Roudhotul Jannah aktif dan mendukung, yang berimplikasi pada meningkatnya pengetahuan masyarakat tentang ajaran agama Islam berdasarkan kaidah agama yang menjunjung tinggi nilai-nilai ketuhanan dan perdamaian, yang sesuai dengan ajaran Rasulullah SAW. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat sekitar Masjid Jami’Roudhotul Jannah terhadap radikalisme dan menambah pengetahuan tentang ajaran agama Islam yang sesuai kaidah dan nilai nilai ketuhanan. Serta menambah pengetahuan masyarakat sekitar Masjid Jami’Roudhotul Jannah terhadap ajaran yang menyimpang dari kaidah dan nilai nilai ketuhanan. This study aims to determine the perception of the community around the Jami'Roudhotul Jannah Mosque on radicalism, as well as efforts made by the Jami'Roudhotul Jannah Mosque in preventing the entry of radicalism in the environment around the Jami'Roudhotul Jannah Mosque. The method used in this research is to use a qualitative approach with a descriptive exploratory method. Data collection procedures were carried out by means of observation, interviews and documentation studies conducted to informants, namely the community around the Jami'Roudhotul Jannah Mosque, Key Informants namely religious leaders in the local environment and Muslim community leaders and academics as Expert opinion. The results of this study indicate that there are differences in the perception of the community around the Jami'Roudhotul Jannah Mosque towards radicalism, but in essence the communities around the Jami'Roudhotul Jannah Mosque do not justify the understanding of radicalism aimed at violence. Masjid Jami'Roudhotul Jannah there are several program activities in instilling godly values such as, recitation of children to adolescents, yasinan, istighotsah, and Fortazi. The community around the Jami'Roudhotul Jannah Mosque is active and supportive, which has implications for increasing public knowledge about the teachings of Islam based on religious principles that uphold the values of the divinity and peace, which are in accordance with the teachings of the Prophet Muhammad. The conclusion of this study is to increase the knowledge of the community around the Jami'Roudhotul Jannah Mosque towards radicalism and increase knowledge about the teachings of Islam that are in accordance with the rules and values of God. And increase the knowledge of the community around the Masjid Jami'Roudhotul Jannah of teachings that deviate from the rules and values of divinity
