Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat bagaimana proses rehabilitasi sosial dan pemenuhan hak anak korban perdagangan orang di Balai Rehabilitasi Watunas Mulya Jaya. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Data yang digunakan adalah hasil wawancara dengan informan tiga orang pekerja sosial dan satu anak yang menjadi korban perdagangan orang serta satu koordinator pekerja sosial sebagai key informan dan dilengkapi oleh pendapat ahli. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, Balai Rehabilitas Sosial Watunas Mulya Jaya melakukan proses rehabilitasinya melalui lima tahapan, pertama identifikasi yaitu pengecekan mengenai biodata diri dan keluarga, kedua asesmen untuk mengetahui permasalahan yang dihadapi anak, ketiga rencana intervensi untuk mengetahui pelayanan apa yang diperlukan oleh anak, keempat intervensi yang di dalamnya terdapat bantuan bertujuan, pengasuhan atau perawatan, dukungan keluarga dan terapi, kelima pemulangan dimana balai tetap melakukan bimbingan lanjut selama tiga bulan. Balai Rehabilitasi Sosial Watunas Mulya Jaya juga memenuhi hak anak dengan diberikannya hak keberlangsungan hidup dengan terpenuhinya sandang, pangan, papan, juga pendidikan, diberikannya hak tumbuh dan berkembang dengan adanya proses rehabilitasi yang mampu menunjang perkembangan fisik, mental, spritual anak, hak perlindungan dipenuhi dengan adanya perlindungan dalam hal eksploitasi dan hak berpartisipasi dengan terpenuhinya kebebasan menjalin hubungan dengan sesama juga terpenuhinya informasi yang layak dan terlindungi. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini untuk proses rehabilitasi sosial di Balai Rehabilitasi Sosial Watunas Mulya Jaya dilakukan dengan lima tahapan, yaitu; tahapan identifikasi, asesmen, rencana intervensi, intervensi, dan tahapan pemulangan. Pemenuhan hak anak yang didapatkan adalah dengan terpenuhinya hak keberlangsungan hidup, hak tumbuh dan berkembang, hak perlindungan dan hak berpartisipasi. The purpose of this research is to see how the process of social rehabilitation and fulfillment of the rights of children who are victims of trafficking in persons at the Watunas Mulya Jaya Rehabilitation Center. This research method is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The data used are the results of interviews with informants, three social workers, and one child who is a victim of trafficking in persons and one social worker coordinator as a key informant and completed with expert opinion. The results showed that Watunas Mulya Jaya Social Rehabilitation Center carried out the rehabilitation process through five stages, first identification, namely checking personal and family personal data, second assessment to find out the problems faced by children, a third intervention plan to find out what services the child needed, fourth interventions in which there is aiming assistance, care or care, family support and therapy, the five returns where the center continues to provide further guidance for three months. The Watunas Mulya Jaya Social Rehabilitation Center also fulfills children's rights by granting the right to survival with the fulfillment of clothing, food, shelter, and education, given the right to grow and develop with a rehabilitation process that is able to support children's physical, mental, spiritual development, protection rights are fulfilled by There is protection in terms of exploitation and the right to participate with the fulfillment of the freedom to have relationships with others as well as the fulfillment of adequate and protected information. The conclusion of this research is that the social rehabilitation process at the Watunas Mulya Jaya Social Rehabilitation Center is carried out in five stages, namely; the identification stage, assessment, intervention plan, intervention, and discharge stage. The fulfillment of children's rights is the fulfillment of the rights to survival, the rights to grow and develop, the rights to protect, and the rights to participate.
