Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) Mengetahui bagaimana Dream Program dalam Organisasi Inspiration Factory Foundation dapat meningkatkan self esteem. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui angket (kuesioner), observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah relawan di Organisasi Inspiration Factory Foundation lokasi Pluit dan peserta didik Organisasi Inspiration Factory Foundation. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Organisasi Inspiration Factory Foundation memiliki peran dalam menangani masalah anak-anak kurang mampu, khususnya dalam meningkatkan self esteem dengan pembelajaran dan pembinaan yang dirancang melalui Dream Program yang dilaksanakan setiap minggunya dalam upaya meningkatkan self esteem melalui pendekatan aspek self esteem yaitu kekuatan, keberartian, kebijakan, dan kemampuan. This study aims to (1) Determine how Dream Program in Organization Inspiration Factory Foundation can improve self esteem. To achieve these objectives, the research method used is descriptive, with data collection techniques through questionnaires, observation, interviews, and documentation. The subjects of this study were volunteers at the Inspiration Factory Foundation Organization, Pluit location and students of the Organization Inspiration Factory Foundation. The results showed that (1) The Organization Inspiration Factory Foundation has a role in dealing with the problems of underprivileged children, especially in increasing self esteem with learning and coaching that is designed through the Dream Program which is carried out every week in an effort to improve self esteem through the aspect of self esteem approach namely strength, significance, policy, and ability.
