Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa Arab, Fakultas Bahasa dan Seni, Universitas Negeri Jakarta, dan penelitian ilmiah ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kebutuhan siswa dan guru terhadap rencana pembelajaran semester Istima 2 (Al-Istima’ Al-Murokkaz) berbasis CEFR melalui Blended Learning, dan mengetahui penilaian para ahli terhadap rencana pembelajaran Istima 2 (Al-Istima’ Al Murokkaz) berbasis CEFR melalui Blended Learning. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode pengembangan pengembangan berdasarkan Model ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implement, and Evaluate), Peneliti membatasi langkah metode yang digunakandalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan langkah: (1) Analisis (Analyze), Analisis kebutuhan dari Dosen dan Mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa Arab terhadap rencana pembelajaran semester Istima 2 (Al-Istima’ Al-Murokkaz) berbasis CEFR melalui Blended Learning, (2) Desain (Design) dan Pengembangan (Development), peneliti mengumpulkan bahan materi terkait pembelajaran bahasa Arab untuk pemula pada keterampilan berbicara pada level 2-A di CEFR dan menerapkan Blended Learning sebagai metode pengajarannya, kemudian mengaplikasikannya pada rencana pembelajaran semester sebelumny, (3) Penilaian produk dilakukan oleh pengulas ahli (reviewer). Analisis kebutuhan siswa terhadap rencana pembelajaran semester Istima 2 (Al-Istima’ Al-Murokkaz) berbabsis CEFR melalui Blended Learning, memperoleh nilai rata-rata 2,65 dan termasuk kategori “sangat dibutuhkan”. Penilaian pengulas ahli (reviewer) terhadap rencana pembelajaran semester Istima 2 (Al-Istima’ Al-Murokkaz) berbasis CEFR melalui Blended Learning, memperoleh nilai rata-rata 3,38 dan termasuk dalam kategori “Baik Sekali”. Dnegna demikian, rencana pembelajaran semester Istima 2 (Al-Istima’ Al-Murokkaz) berbasis CEFR melalui Blended Learning sangat layak untuk digunakan dalam pembelajaran Istima 2 di Univeristas Negeri Jakarta. ************************** The scientific study was conducted in Arabic Language Study Program, Faculty of Languages and Arts, Jakarta State University, which aimed at analyzing students’ and teachers’ needs in CEFR-based Semester Lesson Plan of Listening Course 2 (Al-Istima’ Al-Murokkaz) through Blended Learning, designing the Semester Lesson Plan and understanding the reviews from experts on that lesson plan. The method used in this study is the development of ADDIE Model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation) which researcher limited the stepto as follows : (1) Analysis; the need analysis of Arabic Language Study Program lecturers and students in Listening Course 2 (Al-Istima’ Al-Murokkaz) CEFR-based Semester Lesson Plan through Blended Learning, (2) Design and Development; the researcher collected the listening course material for beginnersof 2-A level based on CEFR which applied Blended Learning in teaching method and on previous Semester Lesson Plan, (3) Product’s assessment was done by experts. The results show that the students’ need analysis on CEFR-based Semester Lesson Plan of Listening Course 2 (Al-Istima’ Al-Murokkaz) through Blended Learning scored at 2,65 in average which categorized ‘very needed’. Furthermore, the expert review of the lesson plan gained 3,38 for its average which then defined as ‘very good’ category. Thus, CEFR-based Semester Lesson Plan of Listening Course 2 (Al-Istima’ Al-Murokkaz) through Blended Learning is well worth using in Istima 2 teaching and learning activities in Jakarta State University.
