Abstract
Penelitian ini dilakukan di sekolah SMA Negeri di Jakarta selama tiga bulan terhitung dari bulan Januari 2020 sampai Maret 2020. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adlah metode survei. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan data kuantitatif dengan menggunakan analisis data (path analysis) analisis jalur. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah guru ekonomi SMA Negeri yang terdapat di Jakarta. Pengambilan sample ini menggunakan Cluster Random Sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 105 guru ekonomi pada SMA Negeri yang terdapat di Jakarta. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah : (1) Terdapat pengaruh Supervisi Akademik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Profesionalisme Guru . (2) Terdapat pengaruh Supervisi Akademik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Guru. (3) Terdapat pengaruh Profesionalisme Guru berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Guru. (4) Terdapat pengaruh Supervisi Akademik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap terhadap Kinerja Guru melalui Profesionalisme Guru. (5) Terdapat Pengaruh Supervisi Akademik dan Profesionalisme Guru terhadap Kinerja Guru Kata Kunci : Supervisi Akademik , Profesionalisme Guru dan Kinerja Guru This research was conducted at a state high school in Jakarta for three months from January 2020 to March 2020. The method used in this study was a survey method. The data used in this study is quantitative data using data analysis (path analysis) path analysis. The population in this study is the economics teacher of state high schools in Jakarta. This sampling uses Cluster Random Sampling. The sample in this study was published by 105 economics teachers in state high schools in Jakarta. The results of this study are: (1) Having the influence of Academic Supervision has a positive and significant effect on Teacher Professionalism. (2) Contributing Academic Supervision has a positive and significant effect on Teacher Performance. (3) The role of teacher professionalism has a positive and significant effect on Teacher Performance. (4) Contributing Academic Supervision has a positive and significant effect on Teacher Performance through Teacher Professionalism. (5) Has the Effect of Academic Supervision and Teacher Professionalism on Teacher Performance Keyword : Academic Supervision , Teacher’s Professionalism and Economic Teacher Performance
