Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengindentifikasi faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat dari potensi daya tarik wisata dengan mengkaji aspek amenitas, aksesibilitas, promosi dan sumber daya manusia di kawasan Geopark Ciletuh Palabuhanratu Kecamatan Ciemas. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan data sekunder yaitu data monografi, data pengelolaan wisata serta buku, jurnal dan data terdokumentasi lainnya. Data yang tersaji kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis data kuantitatif sederhana yaitu persentase. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu destinasi wisata Geopark Ciletuh Palabuhanratu Kecamatan Ciemas pada aspek daya tarik, amenitas, aksesibilitas, promosi dan sumber daya manusia berdasarkan Parameter Potensi Objek Wisata, POSE, dan kualitas sumber daya manusia. Maka hasilnya dapat disimpulkan bahwa yang termasuk ke dalam faktor pendukung pengembangan pariwisata yaitu aspek daya tarik wisata, promosi dan sumber daya manusia. Sedangkan yang termasuk ke dalam faktor penghambat pengembangan pariwisata yaitu aspek adalah amenitas dan aksesibilitas. Lokasi Geopark Ciletuh Palabuhanratu Kecamatan Ciemas yang jauh pusat kota harusnya tidak menjadi penghambat pembangunan insfrastuktur pariwasata. Maka dari segala kekurangan yang ada, pihak pemerintah, pengelola dan masyarakat sekitar harus saling bekerja sama dalam meningkatkan kuantitas, kualitas dan kondisi sarana prasarana di Kecamatan Ciemas. Sehingga destinasi wisata Geopark Ciletuh Palabuhanratu Kecamatan Ciemas menjadi lebih baik dan layak menjadi destinasi wisata bertaraf internasional. Kata Kunci : Faktor Pendukung, Faktor Penghambat, Geopark Ciletuh Palabuharatu ************************************   ABSTRACT The purpose of this research are to identify the contributing and inhibiting factor from potential tourist attractions by examining the aspects of amenities, accessibility, promotion and human resources in the Geopark Ciletuh of Palabuhanratu area Ciemas Sub-district. The research method used is quantitative method. Data retrieval techniques using secondary data such as monograph data, tourist management data with book, journal and the other documented data. Then the presented data is analyzed using a simple quantitative data that is analysis of percentage. The results of this study are the Geopark Ciletuh Palabuhanratu tourist destination, Ciemas Sub-district on the aspects of attractiveness, amenities, accessibility, promotion and human resources based on Potential Parameters of Tourism Objects, POSE, and quality of human resources. Then the results can be concluded that included in the contributing factors for tourism development, namely aspects of tourist attraction, promotion and human resources.Meanwhile, those included in the inhibiting factors for tourism development are amenities and accessibility. The location of the Ciletuh Palabuhanratu Geopark, Ciemas Sub-district which is far from the city center should not be an obstacle to the development of tourism infrastructure. So from all the shortcomings that exist, the government, managers and the surrounding community must work together in increasing the quantity, quality and condition of infrastructure in Ciemas Sub-district. So that the Ciletuh Palabuhanratu Geopark tourist destination in Ciemas Sub-district becomes better and deserves to become an international tourist destination.
