Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Traits pada Big Five Personality terhadap Kesehatan Mental pada Emerging Adulthood di DKI Jakarta. Metode penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Alat ukur yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Big Five Inventory untuk mengukur Big Five Personality dan Mental Health Inventory (MHI) untuk mengukur Kesehatan Mental. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan non-probability sampling. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 400 responden. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai p-value 0.000 lebih kecil dari taraf signifikansi 0.05 dan F hit sebesar 62.465 sedangkan F tabel 2.23. Dengan demikian dapat dinyatakan bahwa hipotesis alternatif (Ha) diterima dan dapat dinyatakan bahwa terdapat Pengaruh Tipe Kepribadian ‘Big Five Personality’ Terhadap Kesehatan Mental pada Emerging Adulthood di DKI Jakarta. Traits neuroticism merupakan traits yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kesehatan mental. This research aims to determine the Influence of Big Five Personality Traits to Mental Health for Emerging Adulthood. This research methods use quantitative. Measuring instruments use Big Five Inventory and Mental Health Inventory. The sampling technique in this research use non-probability sampling. The number of samples in this research were 400 respondents. The results showed the p-value of 0.000 was smaller than the significant level of 0.05 and F value was 62.465 whereas the F table score was 2.23. Then, the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted and can be stated as the Influence of Big Five Personality Traits to Mental Health for Emerging Adulthood in DKI Jakarta. The neuroticism traits very significant to mental health.
