Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh self-esteem terhadap resiliensi orang tua dengan anak berkebutuhan khusus. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Connor Davidson Resilience Scale dan Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale. Populasi sampel penelitian ini adalah orang tua dengan anak berkebutuhan khusus. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 164 orang tua dengan anak berkebutuhan khusus. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara self-esteem terhadap resiliensi orang tua dengan anak berkebutuhan khusus. Self-esteem berkontribusi sebesar 22,8% terhadap resiliensi orang tua dengan anak berkebutuhan khusus, sementara 77,2% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain diluar self-esteem. This study aims to determine the effect of self-esteem on the resilience of parents with special needs children. This research uses quantitative methods with regression analysis. The instruments used in this study are Connor Davidson Resilience Scale and Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale. The study population was parents with special needs children. The sample in this study amounted to 164 parents with special needs children. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant influence between self-esteem on the resilience of parents with special needs children. Self-esteem contributed 22.8% to the resilience of parents with special needs children, while 77.2% was influenced by other factors beyond self-esteem.
