Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SD N Pisangan Timur 11 Jakarta Timur dan SD Islam AT-Taubah Jakarta Timur, yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan supervisi klinis berbasis web dalam memperkuat identitas profesional guru. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Maret 2020 hingga Juli 2020. Peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, studi dokumentasi, dan studi pengamatan. Sumber data dari penelitian ini yaitu: Koordinator pengawas wilayah binaan I sebagai key informant dan beberapa informan pendukung antara lain pengawas wilayah binaan III dan 3 guru pengguna supervisi klinis berbasis web di SD N Pisangan Timur 11 Jakarta Timur dan SD Islam AT-Taubah Pulo Mas Jakarta Timur. Hasil penelitian dari penelitian ini adalah berdasarkan kajian konsep model supervisi klinis yang dikemukakan Rugaiyah meliputi lima tahap , yaitu (1) persiapan; (2) observasi; (3) analisis mandiri; (4) analisis kolaboratif; (5) konferensi feedback. Kelima tahapan pelaksanaan supervisi klinis menggunakan bantuan teknologi dan informasi. Kegiatan supervisi klinis berbasis web dalam dapat dijadikan akses komunikasi guru dengan pengawas untuk melakukan evaluasi dan pembinaan guru. Pelaksanaan supervisi klinis berbasis web di SD N Pisangan Timur 11 Jakarta Timur dan SD Islam AT-Taubah Pulo Mas Jakarta Timur memberikan kemudahan untuk guru melakukan intropeksi atau evaluasi diri terkait cara guru dalam menyampaikan materi pelajaran, mengetahui dengan mudah kelebihan dan kekurangan guru dalam menyampaikan materi sehingga bisa mempertahankan apa yang sudah baik dan apa yang perlu ditingkatkan, melihat bagaimana peserta didik selama mengikuti pembelajaran, mendapatkan akar atau latar belakang dari permasalahan peserta didik dan solusi pengelolaan yang terbaik bagi masing-masing peserta didik, dan mempermudah guru untuk melakukan peningkatan dalam persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi pembelajaran. Maka, supervisi klinis berbasis web berkontribusi dalam memperkuat identitas profesional seorang guru dalam menjalankan profesinya sebagai seorang pendidik profesional. This research was conducted at Pisangan 11 Public Alementary School, East Jakarta and Islamic Elementary School At-Taubah Pulo Mas, East Jakarta, which aimed to find out the implementation of web-based clinical supervision in strengthening teacher’s professional identity. This research was conducted in March 2020 to July 2020. Researchers used a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection is done by interviews, documentation studies, and observational studies. Data sources from this research are: Coordinator of the supervised area I as key informant and several supporting informants, among others, supervised area III and 3 web-based clinical supervision teachers at Pisangan 11 Public Alementary School, East Jakarta and Islamic Elementary School At-Taubah Pulo Mas, East Jakarta. The results of this study are based on a review of the concept of the clinical supervision model proposed by Rugaiyah covering five stages, namely (1) preparation; (2) observation; (3) independent analysis; (4) collaborative analysis; (5) feedback conference. The five stages of implementing clinical supervision use technology and information assistance. Web-based clinical supervision activities can be used as access to teacher communication with supervisors to conduct teacher evaluation and coaching. The implementation of web-based clinical supervision at Pisangan 11 Public Alementary School, East Jakarta and Islamic Elementary School At-Taubah Pulo Mas, East Jakarta makes it easy for teachers to do introspection or self-evaluation regarding the way teachers deliver material, easily find out the strengths and weaknesses of teachers in delivering material so that it can maintain what is good and what needs to be improved, see how students during the learning process, get the roots or background of the students' problems and the best management solutions for each student, and make it easier for teachers to make improvements in preparation , implementation, and evaluation of learning. Thus, web-based clinical supervision contributes to strengthening the professional identity of a teacher in carrying out his profession as a professional educator.
