Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui secara deskriptif tingkat kepuasan konsumen pada pelanggan Raos Bowl Bintaro. Penelitian ini menggunakan tipe penelitian kuantitatif, dengan metode penelitian ex-postfacto. Instrumen kepuasan konsumen diadaptasi diadaptasi dari instrumen kepuasan konsumen dari hasil penelitian Indra Wahyu Dianto pada tahun 2013. Prosedur teknik sampling menggunakan non-probability sampling. Partisipannya berjumlah 81 orang yang pernah berbelanja dan mencicipi Raos Bowl Bintaro. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, diperoleh bahwa dari kelima aspek yang diteliti, aspek jasminan mendapat skor paling tinggi dengan 19 orang (23,46%). Kemudian, yang kedua adalah aspek bukti langsung dengan 18 orang (22,22%). Lalu yang ketiga adalah daya tanggap dengan 16 (19,75%) orang mencatat skor sangat puas. This study aims to determine descriptively the level of customer satisfaction at Raos Bowl Bintaro customers. This research uses quantitative research type, with ex-postfacto research method.The consumer satisfaction instrument was adapted from the consumer satisfaction instrument from the research results of Indra Wahyu Dianto in 2013. The sampling technique procedure used non-probability sampling. There are 81 participants who have shopped and tasted Raos Bowl Bintaro.Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that of the five aspects studied, the physical aspect received the highest score with 19 people (23.46%). Then, the second is the direct evidence aspect with 18 people (22.22%). Then the third is responsiveness with 16 (19.75%) people scoring very satisfied scores
