Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya hubungan antara kualitas kehidupan kerja dengan kepuasan kerja guru di SD Taruna Bangsa. Variabel yang diteliti adalah kualitas kehidupan kerja sebagai variabel bebas (variabel X) dan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel terikat (variabel Y). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dan studi korelasional. Pengumpulan data untuk variabel kualitas kehidupan kerja dan kepuasan kerja menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis adalah korelasi Product Moment dari Karl Pearson, dengan terlebih dahulu dilakukan uji persyarat yang meliputi uji normalitas dan uji linieritas. Dari hasil hipotesis diperoleh thitung sebesar = 27,464 yang berarti lebih besar dari ttabel sebesar = 2,017. Dari koefisien determinasi, kualitas kehidupan kerja memberikan kontribusi sebesar 94,61% terhadap kepuasan kerja guru. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif antara kualitas kehidupan kerja dengan kepuasan kerja guru di SD Taruna Bangsa. Berdasarkan kesimpulan tersebut dapat dikatakan bahwa semakin tinggi kualitas kehidupan kerja, maka semakin tinggi pula kepuasan kerja pada guru. Kata Kunci : Kualitas Kehidupan Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja Abstract This study aims to determine whether or not there is a relationship between the quality of work life and job satisfaction of teachers at SD Taruna Bangsa. The variables studied were the quality of work life as the independent variable (variable X) and job satisfaction as the dependent variable (variable Y). The research method used is a quantitative approach and correlational studies. Data collection for the variable quality of work life and job satisfaction using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used to test the hypothesis is the Product Moment correlation from Karl Pearson, with a prerequisite test which includes a normality test and a linearity test. From the results of the hypothesis obtained tcount equal to = 27,464 which means greater than ttable equal to = 2.017. From the coefficient of determination, the quality of work life contributed 94.61% to teacher job satisfaction. The results of this study can be concluded that there is a positive relationship between the quality of work life and job satisfaction of teachers at SD Taruna Bangsa. Based on this conclusion, it can be said that the higher the quality of work life, the higher the job satisfaction of the teacher. Keywords: Quality of Work Life, Job Sati
