Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa, melakukan evaluasi dan menciptakan model empiris mengenai pengaruh persepsi karyawan terhadap organizational forgetting, budaya organisasi, kecerdasan kompetitif, organizational learning dan manajemen pengetahuan untuk meningkatkan secara langsung dan tidak langsung innovation mindset. Karyawan di perusahaan-perusahaan manufaktur elektronik yaitu PT. Nurinda dan PT. PBU membutuhkan innovation mindset untuk dapat mengubah dan menghadapi era teknologi. Penelitian ini menggunakan structural equation modeling (SEM) dengan data yang diperoleh dari 585 karyawan yang bekerja di perusahaan manufaktur elektronik. Dengan proportionate sampling dan menggunakan teknik slovin maka diperoleh sebanyak 338 responden. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa organizational forgetting, budaya organisasi, kecerdasan kompetitif, organizational learning dan manajemen pengetahuan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap innovation mindset. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pentingnya organizational forgetting dalam meningkatkan innovation mindset. Organizational forgetting juga tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap manajemen pengetahuan. Kata kunci: innovation mindset; organizational forgetting; budaya organisasi; kecerdasan kompetitif; organizational learning; manajemen pengetahuan ******* This study aims to analyze, evaluate and create empirical models regarding the influence of employee perceptions on organizational forgetting, organizational culture, competitive intelligence, organizational learning and knowledge management to directly and indirectly increase the innovation mindset. Employees at electronics manufacturing companies, namely PT. Nurinda and PT. PBU requires an innovation mindset to be able to change and face the technological era. This study uses structural equation modeling (SEM) with data obtained from 338 employees who work in electronics manufacturing companies. With a proportionate sampling and using the Slovin technique, 228 respondents were obtained. The results show that forgetting about the organization, organizational culture, competitive intelligence, organizational learning and knowledge management have a positive and significant effect on the innovation mindset. The findings of this study indicate that the importance of organizational forgetting in increasing the innovation mindset. Organizational forgetting also has no significant effect on knowledge management.
