Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh supervisi, self efficacy, dan komitmen kerja terhadap profesionalitas guru baik langsung mapun tidak langsung melalui variabel lain. Penelitian dilaksanakan SMP Negeri Jakarta Timur pada tahun 2017. Populasi penelitian adalah guru IPA pada SMP Negeri di Jakarta Timur, sampel diambil sebanyak 82 orang menggunakan rumus Slovin. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan angket berbentuk skala Likert dengan 5 pilihan jawaban. Teknik analisis data menggunakan statistika deskriptif dan inferensial pendekatan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menemukan: 1) terdapat pengaruh langsung supervisi kepala sekolah terhadap variabel profesionalitas guru, 2) terdapat pengaruh langsung supervisi kepala sekolah terhadap komitmen kerja, 3) terdapat pengaruh langsung self efficacy positif terhadap profesionalitas guru, 4) terdapat pengaruh langsung self efficacy terhadap komitmen kerja guru, 5) terdapat pengaruh langsung komitmen kerja terhadap profesionalitas guru, 6) terdapat pengaruh langsung supervisi kepala terhadap self efficacy, 7) terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung supervisi kepala sekolah terhadap profesionalitas guru melalui komitmen kerja, 8) terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung supervisi kepala sekolah terhadap profesionalitas guru melalui self efficacy guru, dan 9) terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung self efficacy terhadap profesionalitas guru melalui komitmen kerja. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa variasi yang terjadi pada profesionalitas guru dipengaruhi oleh variasi supervisi, self efficacy, dan komitmen kerja. Kata kunci : Profesionalitas guru, supervise kepala sekolah , self efficacy, dan komitmen kerja. ***** The objective of the research is to find out the effect of supervision, self efficacy, and work commitment to the professionality of teacher direct or indirect through another variables. Survey was applied in Public Junior High School east Jakarta 0n 2017. The population in this study are the science teacher and 82 samples selected randomly with Slovin formula. Likert scale is used as an instrument with 5 option. Data have been analyzed by descriptive and inferensial statistice with path analysis after all variables put into correlation matrix. The result of the study finds out that the : 1) professionality of teacher is affected directly by supervision, 2) work commitmen is affected directly by supervision, 3) professionality of teacher is affected directly by self efficacy, 4) work commitment is affected directly by self efficacy, 5) professionality of teacher is affected directly by work commitment, 6) self efficacy is affected directly by supervision, 7) professionality of teacher is affected indirectly by supervision through work commitment, 8) professionality of teacher is affected indirectly by supervision through self efficacy, and 9) professionality of teacher is affected indirectly by self efficacy through work commitmen. Based on those findings, it could be concluded that variation which occurred at professionality of teacher might have been affected by the variations of supervision, self efficacy, and work commitment.
