Abstract
Teknologi informasi yang digunakan dosen STMIK cenderung selesai hanya pada level output program dan kegiatan yang telah ditentukan perguruan tinggi, untuk mewujudkan pengajaran, penelitian dan pengabdian masyarakat yang ideal melalui perilaku berbagi pengetahuan, komitmen organisasional dosen STMIK dalam melaksanakan pengajaran, penelitian dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat sebagai implementasi tugas Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi yang masih perlu dibuktikan lebih lanjut, inovasi sangat penting untuk dapat menghadapi segala kemungkinan tantangan yang akan datang, termasuk pola pikir dosen yang harus berkembang bersama. Seiring perkembangan zaman dan di era distorsi ini, dosen harus mampu merubah cara berpikirnya agar menjadi lebih baik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menemukan model konseptual dengan menganalisis pengaruh teknologi informasi, berbagi pengetahuan dan komitmen organisasional terhadap inovasi dosen STMIK di Bekasi. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan metode survei, populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 80 orang dosen tetap tersebar di STMIK di Bekasi, 66 orang dosen diambil sebagai sampel penelitian dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling, dan data diperoleh dengan kuesioner. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam menganalisis data adalah teknik analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa teknologi informasi, berbagi pengetahuan dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap inovasi dosen STMIK di Bekasi. Temuan baru yang paling signifikan adalah pengaruh tidak langsung teknologi informasi terhadap inovasi dosen melalui berbagi pengetahuan. Inovasi radikal memberikan kontribusi terbesar pada pengukuran variabel inovasi dosen, konsep inovasi dosen dapat ditekankan pada proses kegiatan dalam pengembangan model-model baru dalam penyajian pengajaran, peningkatan jumlah penelitian dengan ide/topik baru dosen yang dijadikan laporan dalam bentuk jurnal penelitian, dan penerapan hasil penelitian tersebut dijadikan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dapat dimanfaatkan oleh kampus dan masyarakat. Along with the times and in this era of distortion, lecturers must be able to change their way of thinking for the better. The purpose of this study was to find a conceptual model by analyzing the influence of information technology, knowledge sharing and organizational commitment to the innovation of STMIK lecturers in Bekasi. The research was conducted with a quantitative approach and survey method, the population in this study was 80 lecturers who remained spread across STMIK in Bekasi, 66 lecturers were taken as the research sample using simple random sampling technique, and the data were obtained by questionnaires. The analytical method used in analyzing the data is the path analysis technique. The results showed that information technology, knowledge sharing and organizational commitment had a positive direct effect on the innovation of STMIK lecturers in Bekasi. The most significant new finding is the indirect effect of information technology on lecturer innovation through knowledge sharing. Radical innovation makes the greatest contribution to measuring the lecturer innovation variable, the concept of lecturer innovation can be emphasized in the process of activities in developing new models in teaching presentation, increasing the number of researches with new ideas / topics from lecturers that are used as reports in the form of research journals, and application of research results.
