Abstract
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: 1) Deskripsi dari komunikasi internal, keterikatan kerja dan komitmen organisasi pada karyawan perusahaan marketplace di Jakarta, 2) Pengaruh komunikasi internal terhadap komitmen organisasi pada karyawan perusahaan marketplace di Jakarta, 3) Pengaruh keterikatan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi pada karyawan perusahaan marketplace di Jakarta, 4) Model penelitian komunikasi internal dan keterikatan kerja dapat memprediksikan komitmen organisasi pada karyawan perusahaan marketplace di Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 115 karyawan marketplace di Jakarta. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data yaitu dengan metode survei dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner kemudian diolah menggunakan program SPSS 24. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Hasil yang didapat dari regresi menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara komunikasi internal terhadap komitmen organisasi, keterikatan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi serta model penelitian komunikasi internal dan keterikatan kerja dapat memprediksikan komitmen organisasi pada karyawan perusahaan marketplace di Jakarta dengan nilai Fhitung > Ftabel (13,642 > 3,08) dan signifikan (0,000 < 0,05). Kata kunci: Komunikasi internal, keterikatan kerja, komitmen organisasi ************ The purpose of this study are: To know 1) The description of internal communication, work engagement and organizational commitment of the employees of marketplace company in Jakarta, 2) Effect of internal communication on organizational commitment of the employees of marketplace company in Jakarta, 3) Effect of work engagement on organizational commitment of the employees of marketplace company in Jakarta, 4) The research model internal communication and work engagement in predicting organizational commitment of the employees of marketplace company in Jakarta. This research was conducted on 115 employees of the employees of marketplace company in Jakarta. The technique used in data collection is the survey method by distributing questionnaires and then processed using the SPSS 24 program. This research uses descriptive analysis. The results obtained from the regression show that there is a positive and significant influence between internal communication on organizational commitment, work engagement on organizational commitment and research models of internal communication and work engagement can predict the organizational commitment of employees of marketplace company in Jakarta with a value of Fcount > Ftable (13,642 > 3,08) and significance (0,000 < 0,05).
