Abstract

Perkembangan zaman menyebabkan terjadinya peningkatan pendapatan masyarakat. Hal tersebut juga mempengaruhi perilaku konsumtif masyarakat Tebet dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan hidup seperti penampilan riasan wajah yang menjadi rutinitas kaum wanita setiap hari. Sehingga peluang menjadi seorang Make up Artist pun mengalami peningkatan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk melihat pengaruh pendapatan masyarakat terhadap pemilihan jasa make up artist di Kecamatan Tebet. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi sederhana. Subjek penelitian adalah para konsumen yang sudah memiliki pendapatan di wilayah Tebet yang berjumlah 100 orang. Alat ukur penggunaan pemilihan jasa make up yang digunakan berupa skala yang dikembangkan berdasarkan aspek-aspek pengambilan keputusan menurut Witte, Kilman, dan Mitrof (dalam Fauziana, F. 2005) yaitu rasional, emosional dan behavioral. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif pendapatan masyarakat terhadap pemilihan jasa make up artist. Pengaruh ini mengindikasikan bahwa semakin tinggi pendapatan masyarakat, maka semakin tinggi keputusan pemilihan menggunakan jasa make up artist. Pendapatan masyarakat memberikan sumbangan efektif sebesar 29,2 % terhadap pemilihan jasa make up artist. The times have led to an increase in people's income. This also affects the consumptive behavior of the people of Tebet in meeting their daily needs, such as the appearance of facial makeup which is a routine for women every day. So that the opportunity to become a Make-up Artist has increased The purpose of this study was to look the influence of income on selection make up Artist’s service at Tebet. The data were analyzed by using simple regression method. The subject of the study is 100 respondent was have work at Tebet. In collecting data, the researcher used selection make up artist’s service scale based of the based on aspects of Witte, Kilman, dan Mitrof (dalam Fauziana, F. 2005) is rasional, emosional dan behavioral. The result showed that income have positive influence on selection make up artist’s service. The influence indicated that more highly income would produce higher decition for selection make up artist’s service. Income effectively contributed 29,2 % selection make up artist’s service.
