Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) Deskripsi komitmen organisasi, kualitas kehidupan kerja, dan job embeddedness. 2) Pengaruh kualitas kehidupan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi PT. XYZ, Pengaruh job embeddedness terhadap komitmen organisasi PT. XYZ, dan pengaruh kualitas kehidupan kerja dan job embeddedness secara bersama-sama terhadap komitmen organisasi PT. XYZ. 3) Penelitian dilakukan terhadap 84 karyawan PT. XYZ. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada karyawan PT. XYZ kemudian data tersebut diolah menggunakan program SPSS versi 24. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan eksplanatori. Hasil regresi menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kualitas kehidupan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi dan job embeddedness terhadap komitmen organisasi, serta positif dan signifikan untuk kualitas kehidupan kerja dan job embeddedness secara bersama-sama terhadap komitmen organisasi. Kata kunci: Kualitas kehidupan kerja, job embeddedness, komitmen organisasi. This study aims to determines: 1) Description of organizational commitment, quality of work life, and job embeddedness. 2) The effect of quality of work life on organizational commitment of XYZ Company, effect of job embeddedness on organizational commitment XYZ Company, and the effect of the quality of work life and job embeddedness together on the organizational commitment of XYZ Company. 3) The study was conducted on 84 employees of XYZ Company. Data collection techniques using quantitative methods by distributing questionnaires to employees of XYZ Company then the data is processed using SPSS version 24. This research uses descriptive and explanatory analysis. The regression results show that there is a positive and significant influence between the quality of work life on organizational commitment and job embeddedness on organizational commitment, as well as a positive and significant impact on the quality of work life and job embeddedness together on organizational commitment.
