Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat Hubungan Soft Skills dan Hard Skills dengan Kesiapan Menjadi Guru Mahasiswa Pendidikan Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Jakarta 2016. Penelitian ini membutuhkan waktu selama 6 bulan terhitung dari bulan Maret 2020 sampai dengan Juli 2020. Dalam penelitian ini, metode yang digunakan adalah metode korelasi. Populasi terjangkau pada penelitian ini berjumlah 301 mahasiswa dengan sampel sebanyak 161 mahasiswa. Sampel tersebut mengacu pada tabel Isaac dan Michael dengan teknik pemilihan responden menggunakan simple random sampling. Data yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan sekunder. Kesiapan Menjadi Guru (Y), Soft Skills (X1) merupakan data primer yang didapat dari hasil penyebaran kuesioner penelitian dengan skala likert. Hard Skills (X2) merupakan data sekunder yaitu hasil nilai praktik keterampilan mengajar mahasiswa Pendidikan Fakultas Ekonomi 2016. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu, pertama uji persyaratan analisis yang terdiri dari uji normalitas dan uji linearitas. Hasil uji normalitas untuk Soft Skills dan Hard Skills dengan Kesiapan Menjadi Guru yaitu 0,200. Hasil uji linearitas nilai Linearity Soft Skills 0,000 dan Hard Skills 0,000. Kedua uji asumsi klasik yang terdiri dari uji multikolinearitas dan uji heteroskedastisitas. Hasil uji multikolinearitas untuk nilai Tolerance 0,707 > 0,1 serta nilai VIF sebesar 1,414 < 10. Hasil uji heteroskedastisitas untuk Soft Skills (X1) sebesar 0,863> 0,05 dan signifikansi Hard Skills (X2) sebesar 0,565 > 0,05. Ketiga uji regresi linear berganda dengan hasil Ŷ = -10,666 + 0,245 X1 + 0,646 X2. Keempat uji hipotesis yang terdiri dari uji F dan uji t. Hasil uji F dalam tabel ANOVA yaitu F-hitung > F-tabel yaitu 71,417 > 3,05. Hal ini berarti terdapat hubungan secara bersama-sama antara Soft Skills, Hard Skills, dan Kesiapan Menjadi Guru. Hasil uji t untuk Soft Skills t-hitung yaitu 3,838< t tabel 1,97453 dan untuk Hard Skills t-hitung yaitu 7,444 > nilai t-tabel 1,97453. Hal tersebut berarti terdapat hubungan positif antara Soft Skills dan Kesiapan Menjadi Guru, serta hubungan positif antara Hard Skills dan Kesiapan Menjadi Guru. Kelima analisis koefisien determinasi (R2) dengan hasil sebesar 0,475 yang berarti variabel Soft Skills dan Hard Skills untuk menjelaskan variabel Kesiapan Menjadi Guru secara simultan, yaitu 47,5%, sedangkan sisanya 52,5% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti. This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between Soft Skills and Hard Skills with the Readiness to Become a Teacher of Education Students at the Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta 2016. This research takes 6 months from March 2020 to July 2020. In this study, the method used is a correlation method. The affordable population in this study amounted to 301 students with a sample of 161 students. The sample refers to Isaac and Michael's table with the respondent selection technique using simple random sampling. The data taken in this study are primary and secondary data. Readiness to Become a Teacher (Y), Soft Skills (X1) are primary data obtained from distributing research questionnaires on a Likert scale. Hard Skills (X2) is secondary data, namely the results of the practical value of teaching skills of students of the Faculty of Economics 2016. The data analysis techniques used are, first, the analysis requirements test consisting of a normality test and a linearity test. The normality test result for Soft Skills and Hard Skills with Teacher Readiness is 0.200. The results of the linearity test for the value of Linearity Soft Skills 0,000 and Hard Skills 0,000. The two classical assumption tests consist of multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test. The multicollinearity test results for the Tolerance value of 0.707 > 0.1 and the VIF value of 1.414 < 10. The heteroscedasticity test results for Soft Skills (X1) were 0.863 > 0.05 and the significance of Hard Skills (X2) was 0.565 > 0.05. The three multiple linear regression tests with the result Ŷ = -10,666 + 0,245 X1 + 0,646 X2. The four hypothesis tests consist of the F test and t test. The results of the F test in the ANOVA table are F-count > F-table, namely 71.417 > 3.05. This means that there is a mutual relationship between Soft Skills, Hard Skills, and Readiness to Become a Teacher. The t-test result for Soft Skills t-count is 3.838 > t-table 1.97453 and for Hard Skills t-count is 7.444 > t-table value is 1.97453. This means that there is a positive relationship between Soft Skills and Readiness to Become a Teacher, as well as a positive relationship between Hard Skills and Readiness to Become a Teacher. The five analyzes the coefficient of determination (R2) with a result of 0.475, which means the variable Soft Skills and Hard Skills to explain the variable of Readiness to Become a Teacher simultaneously, namely 47.5%, while the remaining 52.5% is influenced by other variables not examined.
