Abstract

ABSTRAK Dwika Multi Areanti. Peran Pelatih Tari Dalam Pembelajaran Tari di Sanggar Citra Nusantara Studio Kabupaten Bogor. Skripsi. Pendidikan Tari Fakultas Bahasa dan Seni Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Januari 2021. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peran pelatih tari dalam pembelajaran tari di Sanggar Citra Nusantara Studio Kabupaten Bogor yang meliputi aspek pelaku, perilaku, kedudukan serta pelaku dan perilaku dari pelatih tari. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi penelitian deskriptif melalui pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah peserta didik yang mengikuti pelatihan tari di Sanggar tari Citra Nusantara Studio Kabupaten Bogor. Landasan teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah konsep peran, konsep pelatih tari, konsep pembelajaran tari dan konsep Sanggar tari. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu hasil studi pustaka, observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumen. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa peran pelatih memiliki empat golongan dalam peranannya yakni pelaku, perilaku, kedudukan serta pelaku dan perilakunya. Pelaku dalam perananya yakni sebagai pelatih tari. Perilaku dalam peranannya sebagai pelatih tari menguasai materi serta tekniknya, mengajar dengan efektif, memiliki sikap yang baik, sportif, pemikiran positif dan memotivasi. Kedudukan pelatih tari Memegang wewenang penuh dalam keberhasilan pencapaian tujuan yang telah direncanakan sesuai dengan harapan. Pelaku serta perilakunya pelatih tari menyampaikan ilmu, mengawasi, memberikan bantuan hingga selalu memberikan dukungan positif terhadap anak melalui materi tari gerak dasar jaipong yang diberikannya dengan baik. Pelatih tari sebagai pemimpin selama proses pembelajaran tari berlangsung berusaha menciptakan suasana senang agar anak merasa nyaman guna anak tidak merasa bosan untuk mengikuti pembelajaran secara rutin melalui pelatihan tari. Kesimpulannya adalah pelatih tari Sanggar Citra Nusantara Studio menjalankan peranannya dengan baik dan melaksanakan pembelajaran secara efektif sesuai dengan tujuan yang telah ditetapkan. Pelatih tari menjalankan prinsip-prinsip pembelajaran sesuai rancangan perencanaan pembelajaran dan memahami dirinya sebagai pelaku, perilaku, kedudukan, serta pelaku dan perilakunya dalam pembelajaran tari di sanggar Citra Nusantara Studio. Undergraduate thesis. Dance Education, Faculty of Language and Arts, State University of Jakarta. January 2021. This study aims to describe the role of dance coaches at the Citra Nusantara Studio, Bogor which includes aspects of the actor, behaviour, position as well as actors and behavior of dance coaches. The study employs qualitatiave method with descriptive approach. The subjects of this study are students who attended dance training at the Citra Nusantara Dance Studio, Bogor. The literatures utilized in this study is the concept of role, the concept of dance coach, the concept of dance learning, and the concept of a dance studio. Data collection techniques used are the results of literature studies, observations, interviews, and document studies. The result of the study indicated that the dance coaches within their roles had comprised four categories which are the actor, behaviour, position, and actor and behaviour. It was the dance coaches taking the role as the actor. While within the aspect of behaviour, it was the role of the dance coaches to technically master the material, to effectively teach the students, to have good attitude, be sportive, filled with positive thoughts, and motivational. In the aspect of the position, the dance coaches were authorized in deciding the means in achieving the objectives that had been previously planned. The dance coaches concerning their role as the actor and their behavior had transferred their knowledge, had inspected and guided their students through positive reinforcement in the process of learning the basic movement of jaipong. As the leader within the process of dance learning the dance coaches had established pleasant environment in order to prevent the boredom that might evoked within the students thus inducing the comfortable feeling in carrying the constant dance routine. The conclusion is that the Sanggar Citra Nusantara Studio dance trainer carries out his training well and carries out the learning effectively in accordance with the stated goals. The dance trainer carries out the principles of learning according to the lesson planning design and understands himself as an actor, behaviour, position, and actor and behaviour in dance learning at the Citra Nusantara Studio.
