Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: 1) Untuk mengetahui deskripsi dari job insecurity, beban kerja dan turnover intention pada karyawan industri pengolahan susu di Jl. Raya Bogor, Jakarta Timur. 2) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari job insecurity terhadap turnover intention pada karyawan industri pengolahan susu di Jl. Raya Bogor, Jakarta Timur. 3) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari beban kerja terhadap turnover intention pada industri pengolahan susu di Jl. Raya Bogor, Jakarta Timur. 4) Untuk mengetahui seberapa besar kontribusi job insecurity dan beban kerja terhadap turnover intention pada industri pengolahan susu di Jl. Raya Bogor, Jakarta Timur. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 160 orang karyawan industri pengolahan susu di Jl. Raya Bogor, Jakarta Timur. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey yaitu dengan menyebarkan kuesioner yang kemudian diolah dengan program SPSS. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan explanatory. Hasil yang didapat dari regresi menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara job insecurity terhadap turnover intention, beban kerja terhadap turnover intention serta model penelitian job insecurity dan beban kerja dapat memprediksikan turnover intention pada karyawan industri pengolahan susu di Jakarta dengan nilai Fhitung> Ftabel (42,018 > 3,05) dan signifikansi (0,000 < 0,05). Kata kunci: job insecurity, beban kerja, turnover intention. The purpose of this study is: To find out 1) To find out the description of job insecurity, workload and turnover intention in the milk processing industry employees on Jl. Raya Bogor, East Jakarta. 2) To determine the effect of job insecurity on turnover intention on the milk processing industry employees on Jl. Raya Bogor, East Jakarta. 3) To determine the effect of workload on turnover intention in the milk processing industry on Jl. Raya Bogor, East Jakarta. 4) To find out how much the contribution of job insecurity and workload to turnover intention in the milk processing industry on Jl. Raya Bogor, East Jakarta. This research was conducted on 160 employees of the milk processing industry on Jl. Raya Bogor, East Jakarta. Data collection techniques using survey methods by distributing questionnaires which are then processed with the SPSS program. This research uses descriptive and explanatory analysis. The results obtained from the regression indicate that there is a positive and significant influence between job insecurity on turnover intention, workload on turnover intention and job insecurity research models and workloads can predict turnover intention for employees of the milk processing industry in Jakarta with a value of Fcount> Ftable ( 42.018> 3.05) and significance (0.000 <0.05).
