Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: 1) untuk mengetahui deskripsi kompensasi, komitmen organisasi dan turnover intention pada karyawan hotel “X” bintang 3 di Jakarta Pusat, 2) untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara kompensasi terhadap turnover intention pada karyawan hotel “X” bintang 3 di Jakarta Pusat, 3) untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara komitmen organisasi terhadap turnover intention pada karyawan hotel “X” bintang 3 di Jakarta Pusat dan 4) untuk mengetahui kompensasi dan komitmen organisasi dapat memprediksi turnover intention pada karyawan hotel “X” bintang 3 di Jakarta Pusat. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap 100 karyawan bagian room division pada hotel “X” bintang 3 di Jakarta Pusat. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah teknik non probability sampling, yang dipilih adalah sampling jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey yaitu dengan menyebar kuesiner. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk uji regresi linear berganda dengan program SPSS versi 25. Hasil dari regresi menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh negatif dan signifikan kompensasi terhadap turnover intention, terdapat pengaruh negatif dan signifikan komitmen organisasi terhadap turnover intention. Kompensasi dan komitmen organisasi dapat memprediksi turnover intention karyawan. The purpose of this research are: 1) to know the description of compensation, organizational commitment and turnover intention for employees of 3 star "X" hotel at Central Jakarta, 2) to know the effect of compensation on turnover intention for employees of 3 star "X" hotel at Central Jakarta. , 3) to know the effect of organizational commitment on turnover intention to employees of 3 star "X" hotel at Central Jakarta and 4) to know compensation and organizational commitment to predict turnover intention for employees of 3 star "X" hotel at Central Jakarta. The research is taken 100 employees of the room division at the 3 star "X" hotel at Central Jakarta. The sampling technique used is a non-probability sampling technique, which is selected is saturated sampling. The data collection technique used a survey method, namely by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis used was statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression tests with the SPSS version 25 program. The results of regression shows that there is a negative and significant influece of compensation on turnover intention, there is a negative and significant effect of organizational commitment on turnover intention. Compensation and organizational commitment can predict employee turnover intention.
