Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran tentang pemahaman guru terhadap peserta didik berkebutuhan khusus di Sekolah Dasar inklusif wilayah Jakarta Selatan. Metodologi dalam penelitian ini bersifat dekskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik pengumpulan data angket/kuisioner yang ditujukan kepada 89 guru di 11 Sekolah Dasar negeri inklusif wilayah Jakarta Selatan, dengan cara memberi seperangkat pertanyaan kepada responden. Berdasarkan analisis data, secara umum pemahaman guru terhadap peserta didik berkebutuhan khusus sudah baik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan 1) Pada aspek pengetahuan, sebanyak 94% guru memiliki pengetahuan tentang peserta didik berkebutuhan khusus. 2) Pada aspek membedakan, secara umum sebanyak 76% guru sudah dapat membedakan peserta didik berkebutuhan khusus. 3) Pada aspek mengklasifikasikan, sebanyak 88% guru sudah dapat mengklasifikasikan peserta didik berkebutuhan khusus. 4) Pada aspek menyimpulkan, sebanyak 99% guru dapat menyimpulkan tentang peserta didik berkebutuhan khusus. 5) Pada aspek menjelaskan, sebanyak 83% guru dapat menjelaskan tentang peserta didik berkebutuhan khusus. This study aims to provide the overview of teachers' understanding of students with special needs in inclusive elementary schools in the South Jakarta area. The methodology in this research is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The data collection technique used in this study is the questionnaire data collection technique by giving a set of question to 89 teachers in 11 inclusive public elementary schools in the South Jakarta area. Based on data analysis, in general the teacher's understanding of students with special needs is good. The results of this study indicate that in general the aspect of knowledge the teacher has good knowledge of children with special needs. 1) In the aspect of knowledge, 94% of teachers have knowledge of students with special needs. 2) In the aspect of differentiation, in general as many as 76% of teachers to distinguish students with special needs quite well. 3) In the aspect of classifying, as many as 88% of teachers have been able to classify students with special needs. 4) In the aspect of concluding, as many as 99% of teachers can conclude about students with special needs. 5) In the aspect of explaining, as many as 83% of teachers can explain students with special needs.
