Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh sosial dan keamanan yang dirasakan terhadap niat menggunakan aplikasi dompet digital. Penelitian ini dilakukan di wilayah Jakarta selama 6 (enam) bulan, terhitung sejak bulan Agustus 2020 sampai dengan bulan Januari 2021. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei dengan pendekatan korelasional, populasi yang digunakan adalah generasi milenial di Jakarta. Variabel yang akan diuji pada penelitian ini adalah variabel pengaruh sosial, keamanan yang dirasakan dan niat menggunakan. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik purposive sampling sebanyak 160 orang. Persamaan regresi linier sederhana yang dihasilkan X₁ terhadap Y adalah Ŷ = 5 7 ₁dan persamaan regresi linier sederhana yang dihasilkan X₂ terhadap Y adalah Ŷ = 10,42 + 0,78 X₂. Uji persyaratan analisis, yaitu uji normalitas dengan uji Kolmogorov - Smirnov dengan tingkat signifikansi (α) = 5% atau 0,05 dan menghasilkan tingkat signifikan berjumlah 0,200. Tingkat signifikansi yang dimiliki oleh ketiga variabel tersebut > 0,05 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa ketiga data tersebut berdistribusi normal dan dapat digunakan untuk analisis selanjutnya. Uji linieritas regresi Y atas X₁ dan Y atas X₂ menghasilkan nilai signifikansi pada Linearity, yaitu 0,000 < 0,05, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa memiliki pengaruh yang linier. Selanjutnya, dilakukan uji t dan menghasilkan Y atas X₁ thitung = 5,450 dan ttabel = 1,975 dan Y atas X₂ thitung = 8,061 dan ttabel = 1,975. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh sosial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat menggunakan, dan keamanan yang dirasakan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat menggunakan. This study aims to determine the social influence and perceived security on the intention to use a digital wallet application. This research was conducted in the Jakarta area for 6 (six) months, starting from August 2020 to January 2021. The research method used was a survey method with a correlational approach, the population used was the millennial generation in Jakarta. The variables to be tested in this study are the variables of social influence, perceived security and intention to use. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique of 160 people. The simple linear regression equation generated by X₁ against Y is Ŷ = 25.11 + 0.27 X₁ and the simple linear regression equation generated by X₂ for Y is Ŷ = 10.42 + 0.78 X₂. The analysis requirements test, namely the normality test with the Kolmogorov - Smirnov test with a significance level (α) = 5% or 0.05 and resulted in a significant level of 0.200. The significance level of the three variables is > 0.05, it can be concluded that the three data are normally distributed and can be used for further analysis. The regression linearity test of Y on X₁ and Y on X₂ resulted in a significance value on Linearity, namely 0.000 <0.05, so it can be concluded that it has a linear effect. Furthermore, the t test was carried out and it resulted in Y on X₁ tcount = 5.450 and ttable = 1.975 and Y on X₂ tcount = 8.061 and ttable = 1.975. The results showed that social influence had a positive and significant effect on intention to use, and perceived security had a positive and significant effect on intention to use.
