Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh dukungan sosial terhadap flow akademik pada mahasiswa yang melakukan pembelajaran jarak jauh di Universitas X. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi satu prediktor untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 400 orang mahasiswa Universitas X. Variabel flow akademik diukur menggunakan instrumen penelitian The FLow Inventory for Student (LIS) dari Yuwanto (2011). Variabel dukungan sosial diukur menggunakan Social Provisions Scale (SPS) dari Cutrona & Russell (1987). Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara dukungan sosial terhadap flow akademik pada mahasiswa yang melakukan pembelajaran jarak jauh di Universitas X. Variabel dukungan sosial berkontribusi sebesar 3,9% terhadap flow akademik pada mahasiswa yang melakukan pembelajaran jarak jauh di Universitas X, sedangkan sisanya 96,1% flow akademik dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. This study aims to find out the influence of social support towards academic flow on college students who do online learning in Universitas X. This study uses a quantitative method with one predictor regression analysis to test the hypotheses. The sample of this study are 400 college students in Universitas X. Variable academic flow is measured using The FLow Inventory for Student (LIS) by Yuwanto (2011). Variable social support is measured using Social Provisions Scale (SPS) by Cutrona & Russell (1987). The result of analysis shows that there is a significant influence between social support towards academic flow on college students who do online learning in Universitas X. Variable of social support is contributing the value as much 3,9% to the academic flow on college students who do online learning in Universitas X, whilst the rest of it which is 96.1% of academic flow is impacted by other factors which are not being discussed in this research.
