Abstract

Pembelajaran jarak jauh (PJJ) adalah pembelajaran dengan kondisi peserta didik terpisah dari pendidik. PJJ dapat dilaksanakan secara daring (PJJ daring) maupun secara luring (PJJ luring). Penelitian ini hanya berfokus pada PJJ daring pembelajaran bahasa Mandarin SMA/SMK/MA di Jabodetabek. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kendala yang dihadapi pendidik bahasa Mandarin dalam hal penggunaan media elektronik, internet, dan LMS pada pembelajaran jarak jauh (PJJ) daring bahasa Mandarin SMA/MA/SMK di Jabodetabek. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survei. Data diperoleh dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Responden penelitian ini adalah 50 orang pendidik bahasa Mandarin SMA/MA/SMK di Jabodetabek yang melaksanakan PJJ daring bahasa Mandarin. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kendala yang dihadapi pendidik adalah tidak tersedianya media elektronik (80%), keterbatasan SDM pendidik dalam mengoperasikan media elektronik (80%), media elektronik tidak memiliki spesifikasi atau fitur tertentu (44%), media elektronik mengalami kerusakan (20%), dan Operating System (OS) yang dimiliki media elekronik bukan merupakan OS terkini (12%), pulsa internet mahal (52%), jaringan internet lambat (26%), LMS yang digunakan tidak memiliki fitur tertentu (46%), dan pendidik tidak mengerti cara mengoperasikan LMS yang digunakan (24%). Distance learning is learning with the condition that students are separated from educators. Distance learning can be implemented online (online distance learning) or offline (offline distance learning). This study only focuses on Mandarin online distance learning for senior high schools or vocational high schools in Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, and Bekasi. This research aims to determine the constraints faced by Chinese language educators in terms of using electronic media, the internet, and LMS in Mandarin online distance learning for senior high schools or vocational high schools in Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, and Bekasi. This research is a survey research. Data obtained by using a questionnaire. Respondents of this study were 50 high school/vocational high school educators in Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, and Bekasi who held Mandarin online distance learning. The results showed that the constraints faced by educators were the unavailability of electronic media (80%), limited human resources of educators in operating electronic media (80%), electronic media did not have certain specifications or features (44%), electronic media was damaged (20%). ), and the Operating System (OS) owned by electronic media is not the latest OS (12%), expensive internet pulses (52%), slow internet network (26%), the LMS used does not have certain features (46%), and educators do not understand how to operate the LMS used (24%).
