Abstract

Pemilihan buku teks sebagai bahan ajar sangat penting bagi guru. Buku teks yang tepat dapat membantu guru mencapai tujuan pembelajaran. Berdasarkan fakta di lapangan, buku teks pembelajaran bahasa Mandarin yang digunakan di SMA/SMK/MA sangat beragam. Penelitian ini membahas buku teks yang digunakan oleh guru bahasa Mandarin di luar Jabodetabek. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui buku-buku teks bahasa Mandarin yang digunakan di SMA/SMK/MA di luar Jabodetabek, mengetahui jumlah sekolah yang menggunakan buku teks yang sama, mengetahui pertimbangan dalam pemilihan dan penentuan buku teks, serta mengetahui kelebihan dan kekurangan buku tersebut berdasarkan pendapat guru. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan instrumen kuesioner. Kuesioner disebarkan dalam bentuk google form kepada responden. Data yang terkumpul sebanyak 15 data dan data yang dapat digunakan sebanyak 12 data. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, didapatkan informasi bahwa buku teks yang digunakan di luar Jabodetabek sebanyak 11 buku teks dan jumlah sekolah yang menggunakan buku teks yang sama adalah 10 sekolah. Informasi lain yang bersifat subjektif yaitu alasan penggunaan, serta kelebihan dan kekurangan masing-masing buku menurut persepsi guru. Pertimbangan sebagian besar guru bahasa Mandarin dalam pemilihan dan penentuan buku teks adalah buku teks tersebut digunakan atas dasar rekomendasi pihak sekolah, serta sesuai dengan kemampuan siswa. Secara umum, kelebihan yang terdapat pada buku teks yang digunakan menurut guru bahasa Mandarin adalah buku yang mempermudah guru dalam menyampaikan materi karena materi yang sesuai dengan kehidupan sehari-hari dan penyajian halaman setiap bab sesuai dengan pembahasan materi sehingga memudahkan siswa untuk memahami dan mengingat setiap materi pelajaran. Sedangkan kekurangan buku teks terletak pada kurangnya pemaparan terkait kebudayaan Cina. Data terkait buku teks ini sangat diperlukan dalam upaya peningkatan mutu pembelajaran bahasa Mandarin. Dengan memperoleh data mengenai buku-buku yang digunakan, pertimbangan pemilihan dan penentuannya, serta kelebihan dan kekurangan buku teks tersebut, diharapkan hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi bahan pertimbangan mengenai pemilihan juga penyusunan buku teks pembelajaran bahasa Mandarin di jenjang SMA/SMK/MA. ***** The selection of textbooks as teaching materials is very important for teachers. Based on the facts in the field, the Mandarin learning textbooks used in Senior High School (SMA)/ Vocational High School(SMK)/ Islamic Senior High School (MA) are very diverse. This study discusses textbooks used by Chinese teachers outside Jabodetabek. The purpose of this study was to determine the Chinese text books used in SMA/ SMK/ MA outside Jabodetabek, to find out how much schools using the same textbook, to know the considerations in the selection and determination of textbooks, and to know the advantages and disadvantages of these books based on the teacher's opinion. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method with a questionnaire instrument. Questionnaires are shared out by link of google form to respondents.The data collected as much as 15 data and data that can be used as much as 12 data. Based on the research results, it was found that 11 textbooks were used outside Jabodetabek and 10 schools used the same textbooks. Other information that is subjective in nature, namely the reasons for the use, as well as the advantages and disadvantages of each book according to the teacher's perception. The consideration of most Chinese teachers in the selection and determination of textbooks is that the textbooks are used on the basis of recommendations from the school, and according to the students' abilities. In general, the advantages contained in the textbooks used according to the Chinese teacher are books that make it easier for teachers to convey material because the material is in accordance with daily life and the presentation of the pages of each chapter is in accordance with the discussion of the material so that it makes it easier for students to understand and remember each material. lesson. Meanwhile, the shortage of textbooks lies in the lack of exposure related to Chinese culture. Data related to this textbook is very much needed in an effort to improve the quality of learning Chinese. By obtaining data regarding the books used, consideration of selection and determination, as well as the advantages and disadvantages of these textbooks, it is hoped that the results of this study can be taken into consideration regarding the selection and preparation of Chinese learning textbooks at the SMA / SMK / MA levels
