Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji tentang model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe two stay two stray dalam meningkatkan keterampilan sosial siswa sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif yang menggunakan metode penelitian kepustakaan atau library research untuk memperoleh data sesuai topik permasalahan dalam penelitian. Sumber data yang diambil adalah jurnal-jurnal dan skripsi relevan yang merupakan penelitian terdahulu serta buku. Hasil dari penelitian menyatakan bahwa model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe two stay two stray dapat meningkatkan keterampilan sosial siswa di sekolah dasar. Model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe two stay two stray dapat membangun komunikasi antar siswa dengan cara berdiskusi dengan teman kelompok, menjelaskan materi pembelajaran kepada kelompok lain dan menyimak penjelasan yang diberikan oleh kelompok lain. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe two stay two stray dapat dijadikan model pembelajaran alternatif yang digunakan untuk menngkatkan keterampilan sosial. This study aims to examine the cooperative learning model type two stay two stray in improving the social skills of elementary school students. This study uses descriptive qualitative research using library research to obtain data on topical issues in research. Sources of data taken are journals and relevant these which are previous researches and books. The two stay two stray cooperative learning model can build communication between students by discussing with group friends and explainations given by other group. It can be concluded that the two stay two stray cooperative learning model can be used as an alternative learning model to improve social skills.
