Abstract

Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penghargaan intrinsik memengaruhi komitmen kerja secara positif signifikan, hal ini menunjukkan jika karyawa memiliki penghargaan intrinsik yang tinggi maka komitmen karyawan tersebut juga akan baik. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penghargaan intrinsik merupakan aspek yang harus dimiliki oleh setiap karyawan. Perusahaan diharapkan mampu untuk meningkatkan penghargaan intrinsik dan komitmen kerja karyawannya, dengan cara memberikan imbalan selain gaji atau upah yaitu berupa asuransi, tiket liburan gratis, pengakuan dalam bekerja, dan pengangkatan jabatan secara transparan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, kategori Penghargaan Intrinsik karyawan yang bekerja di perusahaan tours and travels di Jakarta adalah kategori rendah 50,9% berjurnlah 55 responden dan kategori tinggi 49,1% berjurnlah 53 responden. Hal ini rnenunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar karyawan belurn rnendapatkan penghargaan intrinsik, dikarenakan perusahaan belurn rnenerapkan irnbalan selain gaji atau upah This research shows that intrinsic reward affects work commitment positively, this shows that if employees have high intrinsic rewards, the employee's commitment will also be good. This study shows that intrinsic reward is an aspect that every employee must have. The company is expected to be able to increase the intrinsic appreciation and work commitment of its employees by providing a salary or wage imbalance in the form of insurance, free vacation tickets, recognition at work, and transparent job appointments. Based on the results of the study, the Intrinsic Award category of employees who work in tour and travel companies in Jakarta is the low category of 50.9% with 55 respondents and in the high category 49.1% of 53 respondents. This shows that most of the employees have not yet received intrinsic rewards, because the company has not yet applied rewards other than salaries or wages.
