Abstract

MODEL LATIHAN PASSING SEPAKBOLA MELALUI PENDEKATAN BERMAIN KATEGORI USIA 8 TAHUN ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan model latihan passing sepakbola pada usia 8 tahun Penelitian ini berfokus pada model latihan passing yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pemain dan menghindari kejenuhan pemain saat latihan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research & Development (R&D). Metode penelitian mengadaptasi 10 langkah langkah penelitian sebagai berikut: (1) Analisis potensi dan masalah (2) Pengumpulan data (3) Desain produk (4) Validasi Desain (5) Revisi Desain. Pembuatan model latihan yang disusun berupa modifikasi dan kreatifitas dalam bentuk latihan dan terdiri dari 15 model latihan passing. Subyek dalam penelitian pengembangan ini merupakan siswa sekolah sepakbola Buaran Putra usia 8 tahun. Uji efektifitas produk yaitu berdasarkan penilaian dosen ahli sepakbola dan pelatih sepakbola. Uji efektifitas dinyatakan valid dan layak untuk digunakan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pengembangan dapat disimpulkan: Model latihan passing sepakbola melalui pendekatan bermain kategori usia 8 tahun telah di uji menggunakan uji justifikasi ahli menghasilkan produk berupa model latihan passing sepakbola melalui pendekatan bermain kategori usia 8 tahun sebanyak 15 model. Kata Kunci: Passing, Model Latihan, Sepakbola FOOTBALL PASSING TRAINING MODEL THROUGH THE APPROACH OF PLAYING THE 8-YEAR-OLD CATEGORY ABSTRACT This study aims to produce a model of football passing exercises at the age of 8 years This study focuses on passing training models that suit the needs of players and avoid saturation of players during training. This research uses Research & Development (R&D) method. The research method adapts 10 steps of research steps as follows: (1) Analysis of potentials and problems (2) Data collection (3) Product design (4) Design Validation (5) Design Revisions. Making training models arranged in the form of modification and creativity in the form of exercises and consists of 15 models of passing exercises. The subject in this development research is an 8-year-old student of Buaran Putra football school. Product effectiveness test is based on the assessment of football expert lecturers and football coaches. The effectiveness test is declared valid and feasible to use. Based on the results of research and development can be concluded: The model of football passing practice through the approach of playing the 8-year-old category has been tested using expert justification test to produce products in the form of football passing training models through the approach of playing the 8-year-old category as many as 15 models.
