Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh antara Pendidikan kewirausahaan, efikasi diri dan kebutuhan akan prestasi terhadap intensi berwirausaha siswa. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama sembilan bulan terhitung mulai bulan maret sampai dengan Desember 2020. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode servei menggunakan kuesioner dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi terjangkau dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh kelas XII SMK Negeri 3 Depok yang berjumlah 440 siswa. Dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel proportional random sampling. sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 195 siswa. Dengan variabel Intensi Berwirausaha (Y), Pendidikan Kewirausahaan (X1), Efikasi Diri (X2), dan Kebutuhan akan Prestasi (X3). Dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 25 sebagai alat analisis data. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu, pertama uji persyaratan analisis terdiri dari uji normalitas 0,200 > 0,05 dan uji linearitas 0,000 < 0,05. Kedua uji asumsi klasik terdiri dari uji multikolinearitas dengan nilai tolerance X1 0,729 > 0,1 dan nilai VIF 1,371 < 10, X2 0,864 > 0,1 dan nilai VIF 1,158 < 10, X3 0,808 > 0,1 dan nilai VIF 1,238 < 10. Uji heteroskedesitas dengan rank spearman untuk X1 0,273 > 0,05, X2 0,952 > 0,05, X3 0,879 > 0, 05. Ketiga uji regresi berganda dengan hasil persamaan Y = 11,865 + 0,141X1 + 0,218X2 + 0,329X3. Keempat uji hipotesis terdiri dari uji F yaitu 70,734 > 2,65 dan uji t untuk X1 2,754 > 1,972, X2 8,058 > 1,972, X3 6,849 > 1,972. Kelima analisis koefisien determinasi yaitu 0,526 atau 52% variabel intensi berwirausaha dapat dijelaskan oleh pendidikan kewirausahaan, efikasi diri dan kebutuhan akan prestasi. Sedangkan 48% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence between entrepreneurship education, self-efficacy and the need for achievement on students' entrepreneurial intentions. This research was conducted for nine months starting from March to December 2020. The research method used is the servei method using a questionnaire with a quantitative approach. The affordable population in this study were all class XII SMK Negeri 3 Depok, totaling 440 students. By using the sampling technique proportional random sampling. The sample used in this study was 195 students. With the entrepreneurial intention (Y), Entrepreneurship Education (X1), Self-Efficacy (X2), and the Need for Achievement (X3) variables. By using SPSS version 25 as a data analysis tool. The data analysis technique used is that the first analysis requirements test consists of a normality test of 0.200> 0.05 and a linearity test of 0.000 <0.05. The two classical assumption tests consisted of a multicollinearity test with a tolerance value of X1 0.729> 0.1 and a VIF value of 1.371 <10, X2 0.864> 0.1 and a VIF value of 1.158 <10, X3 0.808> 0.1 and a VIF value of 1.238 <10. Heteroscedesity test with Spearman rank for X1 0.273> 0.05, X2 0.952> 0.05, X3 0.879> 0, 05. The three multiple regression tests with the results of the equation Y = 11.865 + 0.141X1 + 0.218X2 + 0.329X3. The four hypothesis tests consist of the F test, namely 70,734> 2,65 and the t test for X1 2,754> 1,972, X2 8,058> 1,972, X3 6,849> 1,972. The fifth analysis of the coefficient of determination, namely 0.526 or 52% of the entrepreneurial intention variable, can be explained by entrepreneurship education, self-efficacy and the need for achievement. Meanwhile, 48% was influenced by other variables which were not studied.
