Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan cooper test dan bleep test terhadap penurunan kadar gula darah pada tim futsal SMAN 98 Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan November 2020. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu metode eksperimen dengan menggunakan desain penelitian One Group Pre-Test dan Post-Test Design. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 15 orang. Seluruh sampel melakukan dua kali pertemuan dengan selang waktu dua minggu. Pada pertemuan pertama dilakukan cooper test dengan dilakukannya pengukuran kadar gula darah sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan. Sedangkan pada pertemuan kedua dilakukan bleep test serta dilakukan pre-test dan post-test pada kadar gula darah pula. Dari kedua pertemuan didapatkan hasil penurunan kadar gula darah pada masing-masing variabel dengan menggunakan teknik analisis data yaitu uji-T dependen. Hasil perhitungan penurunan kadar gula darah awal dan akhir setelah melakukan aktivitas cooper test diperoleh rata-rata (Mx) 12,6 dengan standar deviasi (SDx) 4,12. Sedangkan aktivitas bleep test diperoleh rata-rata (My) 16,4 dengan standar deviasi (SDy) 6,49. Standar eror perbedaan rata-rata antara Mx dan My (SEMxMy) 1,98 dalam perhitungan selanjutnya diperoleh nilai t-hitung sebesar 1,92 dan t-tabel sebesar 1,76 pada taraf signifikan 0,05. Dengan demikian nilai t-hitung > t-tabel yang menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis nihil (H0) ditolak dan hipotesis alternatif (H1) diterima, maka dapat dikatakan bahwa bleep test lebih efektif dibanding cooper test dalam menurunkan kadar gula darah pada tim futsal SMAN 98 Jakarta. This research was conducted in November 2020. The method used in this research is the experimental method using the One Group Pre-Test and Post-Test Design research designs. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 15 people. All samples had two meetings with an interval of two weeks. At the first meeting, a cooper test was carried out by measuring blood sugar levels before and after treatment. Meanwhile, at the second meeting, a bleep test was carried out and a pre-test and post-test were carried out on blood sugar levels as well. The results from two previous meetings showed a decrease in blood sugar levels for each variable using data analysis techniques, the dependent T-test. The results of the calculation of the decrease in the initial and final blood sugar levels after carrying out the cooper test activity obtained an average (Mx) of 12.6 with a standard deviation (SDx) of 4.12. While the bleep test activity obtained an average of (My) 16.4 with a standard deviation (SDy) of 6.49. The standard error of the average difference between Mx and My (SEMxMy) is 1.98. In the next calculation, the t-count value is 1.92 and the t-table value is 1.76 at a significant level of 0.05. Thus, the t-count > t-table which indicates that the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (H1) is accepted, it can be said that the bleep test is more effective than the cooper test in decreasing blood sugar levels in the futsal team of SMAN 98 Jakarta.
