Abstract

ILHAM BHATARA. Pengaruh Good Coporate Governance dan Corporate Social Responsibility Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan Pada Perusahaan Subsektor Perbankan Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2018-2019. Skripsi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji tentang pengaruh good corporate governance dan corporate social responsibility terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan subsektor perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2018-2019. Pada penelitian ini, good corporate governance (GCG) diukur dengan menggunakan nilai komposit self assessment, corporate social responsibility (CSR) diukur dengan menggunakan indeks global reporting initiative (GRI), dan nilai perusahaan diukur dengan menggunakan price book value (PBV). Data penelitian ini diperoleh dari laporan tahunan (audited) seluruh perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2018-2019. Analisis yang digunakan untuk menguji pengaruh GCG dan CSR terhadap nilai perusahaan adalah dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan uji F diketahui bahwa secara simultan GCG dan CSR berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Berdasarkan uji t diketahui bahwa secara parsial GCG memiliki pengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan dan CSR memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. This study aims to examine the effect of good corporate governance and corporate social responsibility on firm value on banking subsector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2019 period. In this study, good corporate governance is measured using composite value of self assessment, corporate social responsibility is measured using index global reporting initiative (GRI), and firm value is measured using a price book value (PBV). The data of this study were obtained from annual reports (audited) of all companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for 2018-2019 period. The analysis used to test the effect of GCG and CSR on firm value is to use multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the F test it is known that simultaneous GCG and CSR have a positive and significant effect on firm value. Based on the t test it is known that partially GCG has an significant negative effect on dividend policy and CSR has a significant positive effect on firm value.
