Abstract

NGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN, KEPERCAYAAN DAN MOTIVASI TERHADAP ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR GADIK DI KOMANDO PENDIDIKAN DUKUNGAN UMUM (KODIKDUKUM), SURABAYA FRANKIE OKTOLIM MADETHEN 7617168243 madethenf@yahoo.com ABSTRAK Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) adalah sikap saling tolong menolong pegawai terhadap rekan kerjanya tanpa mengharapkan imbalan. Saat ini di lingkungan kodikdukum kekurangan tenaga pendidik (gadik) sehingga setiap tenaga pendidik bekerja esktra. Kejadian tersebut dipengaruhi oleh beberapa factor diantaranya adalah dalam hal ini pemimpin memiliki faktor yang dominan dalam menciptakan sikap OCB. Selain itu memupuk kepercayaan antara pegawai dan organisasi dapat membantu meningkatkan OCB tenaga pendidik dan satu hal yang tidak kalah penting adalah meningkatkan motivasi tenaga pendidik dalam bekerja memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan OCB pegawai Kodiklatal, Surabaya. Selain itu, untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya hubungan masing-masing variabel baik hubungan secara langsung maupun tidak langsung. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan rancangan penelitian survey pendekatan path analisis. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh tenaga pendidik (gadik) dengan sampel sebanyak 171 tenaga pendidik (gadik) Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen berupa kuisoner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan OCB gadik di pengaruhi lebih dominan oleh variabel kepercayaan dan diikuti motivasi dan kepemimpinan. Berdasarkan data yang ditemukan di lapangan dapat disimpulkan bahwa OCB tenaga pendidik saat ini mengalami kelebihan beban pekerjaan yang mengakibatkan meningkatnya stress tenaga pendidik dan kekurangannya tenaga pendidik yang ada. Hal ini menjadi temuan yang patut ditindak lanjuti dengan harapan dapat meningkatkan OCB tenaga pendidik di komando Pendidikan Dukungan Umum, Kodiklatal Surabaya Kata kunci: kepemimpinan, kepercayaan, motivasi, organizational citizenship behavior. iv THE EFFECT OF LEADERSHIP, TRUST, AND MOTIVATION ON ORGANIZATIONAL BEHAVIOR OF GADIK BEHAVIOR IN COMMUNITY EDUCATION COMMANDO, SURABAYA FRANKIE OKTOLIM MADETHEN 7617168243 madethenf@yahoo.com ABSTRACT Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) is an attitude of helping each other employees towards their colleagues without expecting anything in return. Currently, in the kodikdukum environment, there is a shortage of educators (gadik) so that every educator works extra. This incident is influenced by several factors, including in this case the leader has a dominant factor in creating an OCB attitude. Also, fostering trust between employees and the organization can help increase the OCB of educators and one thing that is no less important is that increasing the motivation of teaching staff to work has a significant impact on improving OCB for employees of Kodiklatal, Surabaya. Also, to determine whether there are a relationship between each variable, both direct and indirect relationships. The approach used in this research is quantitative with a survey research design with a path analysis approach. The population of this study was all teaching staff (gadik) with a sample of 171 educators (gadik). Data collection techniques used an instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The results showed that OCB gadik was more dominantly influenced by the trust variable followed by motivation and leadership. Based on the data found in the field it can be concluded that OCB educators are currently experiencing an overload of work which results in increased stress for educators and the shortage of existing teaching staff. This is a finding that deserves to be followed up with the hope of increasing the OCB of educators in the General Support Education command, Kodiklatal Surabaya.
